Great stay!
Pros:

All the staff was great, nice free breakfast, & clean rooms. Good location, only 2.5 miles to IU Ball hospital.

Cons:

The only negative was the people who stayed above us had kids that were running & jumping day and night, but we mentioned it to the staff who took care of the issue.

Pleasant and reasonable price.
Pros:

Close to our event. Nice personnel - Elijah was the one who checked us in.
One of the cleaning people ( not sure of her name 😒) came running out to the car as we were leaving to return air pods that were left by accident. She don’t have to do that but we were so grateful that she did

Cons:

Problems with room keys. Our room had a slight odor but didn’t notice it after a few minutes.

Pros:

The only thing that bothered me about this place was that the pet fee was $75 per night per dog. That's a little unreal, especially when someone has a clean dog and there's no reason for them to keep all that money.
