Convenient for this trip; decent breakfast selection; clean
Thin walls; TV remote dead; overpriced
Location was convenient.
The property is not very clean. Elevator was dirty, room floor hadn’t been swept before my arrival. There are no extra blankets in the hotel room so you have to go down the front desk to get one. Overall the place looks run down and is in need of a facelift. There were no visible bugs … thank goodness, but in its current state, I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone if it is not a dire emergency.

Great location. Not good value for the price. Cleanliness way below Best Western's standards. This is an old property, needs serious maintenance attention. Room was not clean upon arrival. Bathroom fixtures in ill-repair. Housekeeping staff seems to need additional training, as does maintenance staff.
Beds are very hard. Don’t do good job cleaning the rooms especially bathrooms. Friend and I have stayed here multiple times but will be considering a new hotel

My rating would have probably been a 4.5 if they had coffee makers in the room. They said they just took them out a few months ago when you wake up in the morning, you have to get dressed to go downstairs to get you a cup of coffee, other than that, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and they had a great selection for breakfast in the morning. I would stay at this hotel again, but only if I could not find a hotel room at other places that have a coffee maker in the room.

Wooden Toilet seat was cracked. Becoming dangerous. Room smelled like sweaty feet. Carpet needs steam cleaning. Bad stormy night. Too exhausted to complain at that moment. In the morning, front desk stepped away.
Otherwise, the beds were comfortable.
