Not at all worth the money.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

There was so much wrong with the room. Not only did the shower/tub not work, there was black mold on the lamps and the ceiling. A lot. The bed sheets were also dirty with dark brown spots on the bed as well as toenail clippings found on the desk along with cobwebs on top of the lamp. And something that wasn’t really that big of a deal was that the clock was set ahead by an hour.

Pros:

This place was disappointing for the money. Nothing special. Breakfast was very disappointing. The bed was very lumpy. Would not stay here again.

We’re told we couldn’t sit in the incredibly tiny “lobby” and drink wine with our friends we were visiting with. By the way, we are all well over 50 years old, so it wasn’t like a rager was going to break out

The girl at the front desk when we checked in was very accommodating.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I was disappointed that there was not a hair dryer in the room. For once I did not bring one because there has always been one anywhere I have stayed.

Decent and clean place with good breakfast.
Pros:

Location easy to find. Next to restaurants. Not far away from downtown. The bathroom was very clean, clean towels and sheets. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Property needs updates walls in hallways and rooms repainted, carpet needed a good clean, rooms were ok cleaned, floors could be vacuumed better. The toilet seat was moving, needs the bolts need to be tighter, the sheets and mattress cover on one bed were placed upside down. The mini-fridge had a strange smell.

It was old and run down, it smelled bad, the furniture was outdated and the location was not good! The staff was friendly and helpful! I did not stay here after I arrived at the location. I went inside observed the facility stood in line when it was my turn I canceled my reservation! I refuse to stay at a sub standard hotel. The hotel is over due for a renovation or a demolition!

Cons:

Old everything about this hotel was outdated, smelled like mildew! I used the lobby restroom all the fixtures were rusted you couldn’t even see yourself in the mirror! There were missing tiles on the walls the ones that were in place were dirty! Overall the bathroom was filthy!

Location was convenient.

Cons:

The property is not very clean. Elevator was dirty, room floor hadn’t been swept before my arrival. There are no extra blankets in the hotel room so you have to go down the front desk to get one. Overall the place looks run down and is in need of a facelift. There were no visible bugs … thank goodness, but in its current state, I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone if it is not a dire emergency.

Great Location. Poor property maintenance
Pros:

Great location. Not good value for the price. Cleanliness way below Best Western's standards. This is an old property, needs serious maintenance attention. Room was not clean upon arrival. Bathroom fixtures in ill-repair. Housekeeping staff seems to need additional training, as does maintenance staff.
