The staff was very friendly the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great

No hot water to shower, it was just warm enough to get it done. Overall pretty satisfied. Road construction but we made it work.

Rooms were very humid despite the AC running at 68-degrees. Carpet and sheets were all damp. Cable was not working. We reported at front desk and they acted surprised and had maintenance come to our room while we were out. Upon return it still did not work. Same was done by friends also staying there. They should just be transparent that it wasn’t working as they had to know it.

Beautiful inside lobby was clean. Motel said I had no room reserved. So I had topay over $200 for a room that was called presidential suite. The television did not work and it took almost 15 minutes to get warm water. Notice I didn't say hot. The room was not really nice. Big area but nothing to write home about and staff didn't seem to want to help us straighten anything out.

This hotels was very clean and had everything we could ask for. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a huge variety to choose from. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our only issue was all of the construction that was going on to get to the hotel entrance, but that is no fault of the hotel itself.

Has roaches! Pictures are not accurate! And elevator wasn’t working!

This hotel was hard to find, partly because its sign has been out of order for months. It literally took me an hour to reach it once I left the highway. The condition was good enough, but it needs a fair amount of internal repair. The staff worked at making up for various disadvantages.

My friend and our couple were driving north heading home in Chicago. It was getting late and raining. We were lucky to find this wonderful place little bit away from Highway 69. What an amazing experience! Clean and comfortable beds, friendly and courteous staff. The best part was the free breakfast. It was better than Hilton Hotel where we stayed in St Louis the other night. Patty, the staff working at the breakfast area filled the needed items immediately and kept the whole place spotless! We found the coffee machine grinding the coffee bean freshly before brewing! Wow! I wish we could visit again for our next trip down to South and recommend anyone driving this way.

Check-in was a breeze, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues with our room. The toilet was clogged, and when we asked the front desk for a plunger, we were told she didn’t have access to one and would need to call someone. After waiting 2 1/2 to 3 hours with no resolution, I contacted corporate, and a plunger was brought right away. Additionally, we had terrible internet connection, which was also only fixed after I reached out to corporate. So for the first three hours of our stay, we were without a working bathroom or internet. While I don’t fault the front desk staff (she was clearly very busy), I believe poor management is to blame for leaving her alone during such a hectic time.

I had a flight that was set to depart at 9am and my kids really wanted breakfast so i decided to stay until 5:30am the time breakfast is set to start and the staff member said it was going to be late. I thought it was very rude because i saw the bagels out around 5:10 and i sent my son to go get one and she told him no to wait until 530. So we waited until 530 and she didnt even have everything out. Thank God I made my flight. Also the washer and dryer need maintenance. It was a huge inconvenience.

For the price this property was a disappointment. There were holes in the ceiling covered by sheets, debris on the floors, a needle was found in the pool area and the area was not cleaned nor had it been cleaned in some time, the ice buckets were absolutely disgusting, the ac in our room did not work properly, and when asked about these issues the staff did nothing to help rectify the situation. The breakfast was very good and the ladies who worked in that area were amazing. We stayed here out of necessity as accommodations were limited in the area, but we would not stay here again given the issues and the price.

The mattress was lumpy, we both woke with backaches. The toilet bowl was permanently stained and the seat was poorly attached.

Breakfast wasn't good. Pre-made omelettes that are barely edible hot but these were cold, old oranges.

I wouldn't stay here again.
