The rooms were clean. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower.
The elevator was broken the morning after we checked in and remained down the whole time we stayed there. I have medical issues with my legs and feet and need a knee replacement. I was not able to go up and down the stairs. We missed all of the free breakfasts. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard as a rock. The toilet, shower, bathroom sink kept getting backed up, every time we used them. The staff was hard to find. We ended up checking out the night before our scheduled time due to all of these issues.
The elevator was broken and the outside doors were not shut so the locks didn’t work. Did not feel as safe as I could have.
A nice breakfast with more of a variety than most motels.
Requested a handicapped room to accomodate my spouse. But got a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. He can't step over the side of the tub I don't care how many grab bars you have. Disappointing.

Outlets in the bathroom did not work, pool was too cold for my 10 year old to swim, the stairs smelled like carpet glue, our door did not shut comepletely and lock from the hallway
Nice clean hotel, good location and nice rooms.
We travel with our dogs which are small. The hotel is listed as pet friendly but upon arrival we were told they could stay but if we left for the day they had to go too, no leaving them in the room. We do take them with us when we can, but there are some activities they cannot go to. This is the first time I have ever been told we couldn't leave them, even in kennels. After sitting in the parking lot of the cosmosphere for 4 hours with them while my family were inside and missing time with the grandkids I have decided this is the last time I'm staying here. I have stayed before and it is the only place I would in Hutchinson, but not being able to leave my pups in the room during the day and missing time with the family is stupid. At night when people are asleep or unwinding I can understand.

The room was ok and the furniture ok
Both rooms we stayed in had very slippery tubs and I personally fell bruising my thigh. Our second night we also had no tv reception. The fact new carpet was being put down was great but far to many cut flaps were exposed as tripping hazards.
The bed was great, nice to have a vending machine so close to the room, coffee was a nice addition. Bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. Especially liked the orange juice. Appreciated the fridge being cold when we got there. Nice television and remote was easy to use. A/C was on and room was a very comfortable temperature. Liked the arches in the room, made it feel like a suite not just a room. Nice decorating and color scheme.
Would have liked a couple larger cups for ice water. Also, the shower head was adjustable but apparently hadn't been adjusted for a while. We took a washcloth for grip and readjusted for our showers. (sorry to knit pick but you asked) Had to walk over a small grassy hill to get to our car, a sidewalk would help older people.
Cold pool, couldn’t get to our room
There was a good variety of good food for breakfast.
The pool was excellent. It was very clean, and a good size for laps.
The bed was comfortable.
These two complaints important for comfort are the reason for not rating this hotel higher.
The toilet was too low to the floor and the seat very flimsy.
Room temperature was difficult to regulate and very humid.
