Excellent experience. Clean room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast
Pros:

Very clean and inviting. Easy access

Cons:

Parking was awkward for non handicapped cars. Had to haul luggage up and over hill or walk all the way around. Limited sidewalks

Pros:

Friendly & welcoming staff, breakfast was great with protein, room are very clean.

Parking lot was well light.

The train going thru town added a country vibe.

Several lighting options in the room which I really liked.

Small office area great for work trips.

Cons:

The things I think need be improved is the price of the hotel room did not match the economy for Hutchinson KS.
Please provided make up remove wipes. The hotel we stayed in Wichita provided then & the room was much cheaper.

Great place
Pros:

Great place to stay, front desk staff it was cheerful and happy to see us. Clean had protein for breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the cost of the stay did not fit the economics incomes for location of Hutchinson KS.

A very pleasant place to stay
Pros:

It was fresh and very good.

Cons:

AC control was a little bit unusual. It fluctuated from ac to heat when we lowered the temperature to our comfort zone. Not what we were wanting.

No comfort in our stay. Extremely disappointed. Not worth the nightly fee.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower.

Cons:

The elevator was broken the morning after we checked in and remained down the whole time we stayed there. I have medical issues with my legs and feet and need a knee replacement. I was not able to go up and down the stairs. We missed all of the free breakfasts. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard as a rock. The toilet, shower, bathroom sink kept getting backed up, every time we used them. The staff was hard to find. We ended up checking out the night before our scheduled time due to all of these issues.

Pros:

A nice breakfast with more of a variety than most motels.

Cons:

Requested a handicapped room to accomodate my spouse. But got a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. He can't step over the side of the tub I don't care how many grab bars you have. Disappointing.
