Parked right outside my room! Makes it easier for my arthritis in my knees!

Dirty bathroom, dirty blankets on the bed.

Staff was very courteous and clear in instructions. They modified our room to give us the best proximity to our bikes in the parking lot. The bed was so comfortabl and well made. The pool was a great respite from a hot ride and it's deep. The A/c works great. Price was comparable to the room and amenities. The only thing that I would bring up is the mild smoke odor in the room. Previous smoking room. A little pet pourri did wonders. Keep in mind, this is an older facility but it's clean.

when we checked in at 3p, my spouse used the facilities in the room, the toilet would not flush, the staff offered us a plunger, and then never returned. we purchased a plunger. when we returned to the room that evening, we tried to use the toilet, but had to plunge it 3 or 4 times every use. the lights next to the bed had a broken switch and did not work, the room was very dark. the coffee pot had a dirty coffee pod in it. the tile in the bathroom had an inch of scum stuck in the grout. the alarm clock went off randomly in the middle of the night. three of the other rooms had pot smokers in them, whenever they opened their doors, we could smell the pot. saturday morning the toilet overflowed. we left it and the hotel. we are being charged for saturday night even though we did not stay. near the pool area, there is a purgola that is nearly falling down, and looked very dangerous. there was no coffee or cups in the room, i had to retrieve it myself. I have never stayed in such a horrible room in my life. it was so bad, filthy, unsafe, and we couldnt even shower because it was so nasty. we wanted to use the pool, but there was a plastic bag floating around in it, it has not been cleaned this season, and it was so nasty that we just we afraid to get in it.

It was all right we arrived pretty late, the signs around the building where confusing as they do not have directions towards certain rooms so we got lost at first but found our way to our room.

Old and outdated for the price

The room was dirty. Our clean towels were wet. The phone didn't work. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The day after I left the room, I had multiple bed bug bites on my body. When I called to discuss this concern with the hotel staff, they denied a bed bug problem and hung up on me. Multiple reviews have cited similar experiences despite the hotel denying any complaints. Do NOT stay at this hotel!!

Large comfortable room

The location was fine.

Not enough to choose from at breakfast.

When we arrived in our room there were grime marks in the bathroom and the floors were not super clean. The outlet between the beds was broken and there were very few other outlets. The pool was green until day 3 of our stay. The breakfast didn’t offer much, which is ok, but it would have been nice to offer some fridge items or some different things. We stayed 4 nights and were not offered any tidying or towels, but we went and asked for some. For the price, I am thankful, but having things clean makes for a more comfortable stay.
