Convenient to KCU with DG and restaurants across street.
Pros:

Conveniently located based upon our needs. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

No elevator on property. Not always a big deal, but a member of our party has a disability and walking up and down steps, if even for one flight, can be painful. No rooms available on 1st floor. Bathtub was clogged. As a result, shin deep water was the norm during a shower. I did not call or notify the front desk about this. Also, there was a college baseball team staying at the facility during our stay. They were quite disruptive in hallways during the night.

Cons:

The staff wasn't very friendly... Found an issue with the room that they gave us and told them about it and the house keeper knew about it and didn't say anything about it.... The front desk lady moved us rooms and was hateful about it...

A good one night stay
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. The room was fine and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool area needs updating. The floor was peeling and a couple cracks in the pool. My daughter wore water shoes. They had free pool toys but most were broken.

I would recommend to every healthy individual. Our room was very nice, roomy.
Pros:

We enjoyed our time, clean rooms, friendly, nice breakfast, and quiet.

Cons:

Only bug-a-boo was there was no elevator to help with our luggage to 2nd floor.
The toilet was too close to the bathroom sink.

Cons:

I booked two rooms and when we went to check in I was told it only showed one room and that there was only one room available. I asked about cots/rolling beds and they said they weren’t available either. I had contacted the hotel a week prior to our stay asking if at least one of the booked rooms could be on the ground floor for my disabled parent and they said yes. I’m not sure why, at the time of me inquiring about possible accommodations, if the hotel was showing one room it wasn’t mentioned when I asked about my second room. After trying get three young kids and two elderly and disabled parents out for a little vacation it was extremely disheartening to run into this issue, that was treated by the employee to be no big deal and just another “weird” issue.
