I would think twice before staying here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great! I was pleasantly surprised they offered a hot breakfast. The staff kept all of the food stocked and was on hand if anything ran out.

Cons:

Cleaniness could have been a whole lot better. The rooms are super small and barely big enough for a family of 4. The rooms were not very clean. The rooms seem very tired and in need of updating.

Seems to me the hotel is not as clean as it should be.

Bed bugs in room 116. No soap in room 116 was available. Staff moved me to room 220
The toilet would not operate in room 220 because the chain on the fapper rusted off. To flush, I had remove lid and put my hand into the water and pull the chain. Hall way on the first floor need vacuumed.

Beer taste on a champagne budget lol

It was close where I needed to be

Cons:

It was older not really updated, the breakfast was not good, they killed my room key on my second day an never even apologized. They had no elevator.. I have mobile issues an was on the second floor and it made it tough. The price. One would have thought it was a much nicer hotel.

Pros:

The location was good for needing to be local to Grayson. Easy to access off of the interstate. Front desk staff was friendly at check in!

Cons:

The rooms we had both smelled very musty. Showers were in poor shape, whether with mold discoloring or failed paint cover. When I researched this hotel, it was to be sure rooms were nice and breakfast was good. The majority of reviews said great things but unfortunately, one look at the breakfast on a Saturday morning had our group going elsewhere, making this stay not worth the price I paid compared to others I researched. The hallway carpet is rolling up. I expected more from a hotel marketed "by Wyndham" as was greatly disappointed.

The stay was nice it was nice to swim in the pool, breakfast was delicious
Pros:

The location is great, the breakfast and pool was amazing! I accidentally booked the wrong day but staff was accommodating on arrival!

Cons:

The room smelt heavy of mold, the hallway carpet was also wet! We had pizza boxes out and they were soggy by morning due to the moisture in the room

It was ok for one night I guess
Pros:

Lady on duty was friendly and helpful on check in and when had problem

Cons:

Was given first a disgusting room. Smelled of piss and when went to bathroom the toilet had dried piss all over it. Was told they just fired housekeeping person recently, moved me to another room after they checked it out themselves

Pros:

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking lot was clean and well lit, seemed safe.

Cons:

Arrived after 10:30 due to weather. Was followed up to room by another guest. They turned around after I was at room. Used furniture to bar door.
Hot water ran for about 3 min before turning very cold.
