Great location, nice rooms, good value. Ease of reserving on line. Easy to check in. Easily accessing rewards program.

This is a newer property on the east side of town with a friendly check in staff and a normal size room with comfy beds. Tiny bathroom, however, with barely room to close the door. All the normal breakfast items were available. Only complaint was the water noise from the floors above, showers draining and the toilets flushing. Was strange because there was no noise from the elevator or the ice machine nearby, just not insulated walls with pipes. Friendly check in staff.

Upon arrival with my family we were told upfront that the pool was waiting health inspection. Disheartening, considering that, that is an important purchase point with children. Had we known that it would be down until the last night of our four night stay we would have looked into a neighboring hotel. The staff were average and not truly welcoming. One member in particular that was over the breakfast hours was bluntly rude to my young nine year old daughter while we sat nearby in disbelief. The nozzle to the waffle batter dispenser popped off due to pressure build up in the machine. She walked over and stooped to her level and with a smile, actually told her that she was the reason the machine was broken and she didn’t have a nozzle to replace it thanks to her. She smiled again, cocked her head at my daughter and strutted off leaving my daughter shaken and confused. The fire alarm on our third floor was found to be faulty after the second sweep by firemen. The faulty alarm caused it to alarm in excess of six times throughout the day and into the late night constantly waking us up. No apologies or nothing and lack of sleep for everyone. After this experience we have decided to avoid Best Western hotels on future family trips after this ordeal.

Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor was full of hair and had not been scrubbed in a long time. Walking into a room that is not very clean starts the stay off on the wrong foot.
Breakfast was very average but the gal working the breakfast area was very sweet!

Cant review because our new car broke down and we couldnt get there. Had to pay anyway.

Upon my arrival, the lobby reeked of marijuana. Upon entering the room it was noted that the ceiling was separating. Before bed, I paced a medication in the fridge that required refrigeration. Upon awakening it was noted that the fridge had not stayed closed and the expensive medication was ruined.
I feel that I was lied to by hotels.com as they have the hotel fantastic ratings, which made my decision to choose that hotel.

I had no sleep the light shined through the thin blind in the room. Too bad the bed was super ccomfortable

Check-in was quick and easy. The property was clean although a little older in feel. Bathroom was clean but small. Room had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast is always nice.

They didn’t clean rooms one day and another day just made beds didn’t Vacumn take out garbage etc. also never left enough wash cloths for four people! Was not impressed.

Nice lobby but the rest of the property is old and tired. Badly in need of a renovation. Beds were comfy and clean but this place has seen its better days. Lots of maintenance issues to be addressed. I would stay elsewhere.

Lobby was fine but rest of property is old and tired in need of renovation. Poorly maintained and kind of icky. Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. Rough paint, dirty corners generally not the kind of place I would expect for the price. Won’t be back.

They're very friendly and the hotel very clean and very affordable as well.

The property was set back from the expressway and easy to get to.

Only thing I would change is if they had a little softer beds, other than that, 5 star property!

The room was clean except for a toy left by kids from the last stay, the pillows and bed were wonderful!! we had to switch rooms twice due to the TV not working and it never was fixed. The owner tried to fix it the second time we moved but it didn’t work and the heated pool was very cold
