Bedding great.
Newer Tv would be good.
I've stayed at this location multiple times this year and it is always nice. The location is great. Check in is easy.
Nothing. Everything was nice both times we have stayed this year.
Clean and great location to downtown
Traffic noise loud at times
Close to where I needed to be. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
The bedding was dirty upon arrival and our door wouldn't latch closed without a lot of force
Location is fantastic.
Accessing the parking before checking in can be awkward.
Nothing
Not very friendly , and the smell in our room was almost unbearable
You know you are in for a rough night when they put you on the 2nd floor and provide you with earplugs and a sound machine... That likely says more about the Strip in Louisville on Friday & Saturday - but what it really says is the Marriott needs to replace the windows. I love Marriott - but this was not my favorite Marriott experience. On teh good side - it does have a great location.
The property was in an amazing location if your going to a concert
One of the elevators were broken and you can’t use the stairs to go up and down to your rooms.
Staff was helpful and a convenient location.
Unfortunately, despite the excellent location close to Bourbon Row and downtown attractions, I would strongly suggest avoiding this hotel.
Parking was expensive at $27 per day, especially considering many comparable hotels in the area offer free parking. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes and was completed incorrectly, nearly resulting in one of our rooms being assigned to another guest.
Operational issues seemed to be everywhere throughout our stay. One of the hotel’s two elevators was out of service the entire time we were there. Because we were visiting for a graduation at the KFC Yum Center, the hotel was filled with graduates and families, yet many guests were forced to use emergency exit stairs that only opened directly outside. To make matters worse, the elevator in the multi-level parking garage—which had no stair access into the hotel—was out of service for most of one day as well.
The hotel has no formal restaurant, which is not unusual for a Courtyard property, but breakfast service was disappointing. There was no buffet option; instead, guests ordered from a very limited menu similar to a coffee shop. Seating was limited and the two employees working breakfast quickly became overwhelmed during the morning rush both days. The food itself was average at best.
Our room was dated. The outlets next to the bed were worn out and would not securely hold chargers or plugs. The bed itself was comfortable, but basic maintenance issues continued throughout the stay. The soap dispenser in our shower was empty upon arrival and remained empty despite requesting that it be refilled.
The worst part of the experience was the noise. Street noise outside continued throughout most of the night, with motorcycles and cars loudly racing up and down the street. The hotel even provided cheap foam earplugs next to the bed, which suggests this is a well-known issue.
After checkout, I discovered we had been overcharged by nearly $100 on one of our rooms. To the hotel’s credit, a front desk employee quickly found the mistake, issued a refund, and credited our parking charges for the inconvenience. That was the one truly positive experience during our stay.
While the location is convenient, there are simply too many better options available nearby.
Clean room. Friendly staff
Garage elevator was down and then one inside elevator went down. Street noise was horrible.
Great location to everything, very clean hotel, Tesla destination chargers in the garage.
The road noise in the room at all hours of the day and night is almost like the windows are wide open.
It was in a good location, easy to get in and out of.
The staff, upon arriving and at check out.
