Very clean and comfortable hotel with frendly staff.
Pros:

Great location to everything, very clean hotel, Tesla destination chargers in the garage.

Cons:

The road noise in the room at all hours of the day and night is almost like the windows are wide open.

Great location, needs some updates
Pros:

Location was perfect for our stay. Gym, pool, and coffee bar were convenient. Parking on site was really nice during the rain storms. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Cons:

Downtown noise, soundproofing needs updated. Lighting in garage, and in the halls increased. Dated bathroom fixtures need repairs. Stains and cleanliness of the carpets. Beds showed memory wear, but pillows are comfy. Room service was friendly. Coffee bar really needs better street access and overall marketing. We watched multiple people knock on the window asking how to get in.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect for what we were in town for and all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming! They even left earplugs in the room for us in case it was noisy and we couldn't sleep since it's right across the street from the KFC Yum center.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive and parking wasn't included in the stay.

Location to the KFC yum center

Cons:

The outside noise was ridiculous. You could hear every car and people talking all night long. We were on the 5th floor and could still hear so much from outside. Definitely take esr plugs with you.

Excellent Whisky Row Hotel
Pros:

This hotel always has a great vibe and atmosphere , thanks to the leadership of Gen.Mgr. Andre' D. I've frequantly been a guest since 2012 , and this hotel has kept it's excitement and cleanliness , and right in the midst of Whisky Row and the Yum Center. Arthur and Kayla were perfect Marriott Ambassadors , they EXUDE customer service .....
