It was right across the street from The Center in Louisville walking distance
When I reserve the room it supposed to sleep five we had to get a rollaway bed one slept in it two slip into king size bed one slept on the floor and one slip on the little pull out couch and breakfast was supposed to be free for all five which I paid for and they gave me a coupon for two adults and two kids under 12 which clearly I stated 3. 16 year old kids
I love the location and the balcony view of the skyline we were right across the street from the Yum Center me and my son had a great time with great views
Upon checking in on February 26th in room 623, we immediately notified the front desk that there was no hot water in our room for showers. We brought this to their attention again the following morning. We paid over $300 for our stay and did not have hot water, which is completely unacceptable. We believe we deserve either a full refund or a complimentary night’s stay. Unfortunately, the front desk staff seemed to find our situation amusing.
Great location to Downtown and The Kentucky Convention Center and attractions. In Door Pool is a nice addition to the Hotel and the Free Cookies are a nice Touch
No complaints
I called the hotel and Courtney did a great job helping me out with my pre arrival issue. She was fast, efficient and quick to help
Everything
Everything
The proximity to the arena as well as the cleanliness of the entire facility.
Clean, comfortable, and right down town
Nothing!
Great place and the location was amazing! Walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. Staff was great. Didn’t expect all the extra charges, dog, taxes etc! Dog charge was $75 and there was no where for him to walk… snow and ice everywhere. They did remove the charge when I complained about maybe someone shoveling out a spot for them!
Extra charges not expected! Eyepatch guy could’ve been a little more accommodating. I was having an issue with my credit card and he was not sympathetic. There was no water at night as they were working on the pipes… no hot shower!
Everything
We always come back. Wish the bar didn't close early on game nights.
The hotel was very clean, close to our reason for being there and the employees were very friendly.
In room 222 the bed closest to the window needs the mattress replaced. It has such a dip in it that it feels like an elephant set on the bed for at least a year without moving. It was very miserable to sleep in.
The staff was nice.
The fact that you have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot is ridiculous. Also, the fee for breakfast blew my mind, especially for the cost of 1 night.
