The place was filthy...the room smelled of stale smoke and was the worst smelling room I have ever stayed at..and I am a smoker...my brother had to sleep in his truck bc the smoke and stale air was so bad he/we couldn't even breathe in there...also,
The room was not cleaned from the previous people who stayed
In the room...there was a pair of dirty men's boxer briefs behind the bathroom door from the previous people who stayed there...

Not Good.
Cons:

The sheets to the bed were not cleaned the whole place, smelled like wet dog the bathroom exhaust made such a loud noisy every time we turn on the light. When we used the bathroom we had to use it with out the light. The reception was hard to understand. We will look for another place to stay next time we visit Lack Charles.

The property was OK until I got kicked out the next day due to my service animal due to federal laws. They’re not supposed to kick you out and they told me they didn’t care

Pros:

nothing It was so horrible I couldn't even stay there. The rooms stunk like mold

What breakfast? It was only granola bars.

Cons:

I asked for a non smoking room and the min you open the door smoke smell hit you. The room was nasty and also smelled like mildew. Seen a condom behind the tv stand. I will stay there again. After seeing the room and not being able to find another one we left and didn't come back until after midnight and was gone by 7am.

I was dirty, the base boards were dirty, the a/c didn't cool, was very stuffy. The bathtub had a huge stain in it.
The covers on the bed were not clean. It's just an awful place.
