Hotel com boa estrutura. Excelente custo benefício e equipe Espetacular. Todos nos trataram muito bem em especial o recepcionista que nos recebeu na madrugada que chegamos. Estivemos lá em 25 a 27/06 Final de semana do Show do Alan Jackson. Havíamos reservado um hotel próximo ao aeroporto e o mesmo simplesmente cancelou nossa reserva alegando que não fizemos check in no horário (sendo que havíamos avisado que nosso voo chegaria na madrugada de sexta por isso colocamos a reserva a partir de quinta - Baymont by wyndham Nashville Airport) não fiquem. Fomos tratados por uma atendente fria que sequer quis ajudar. Mesmo mostrando todas as evidências só falou que não poderia fazer nada. Então de madrugada reservamos o Antioch e o atendente foi maravilhoso, deveria ter perguntado o nome pra falar aqui.

Cons:

único ponto ruim é a que fica um pouco mais longe do centro de houston e ao redor do hotel não tem muita coisa que dê pra ir a pé mesmo. de resto foi ótimo.

Nice location and space
Pros:

The room was very spacious, the AC worked well to keep the room cool, the parking was great, and the limited cleaning (remake of the bed and fresh towels) was nice. Hotel was a short walk from the Lechmere T station as well as many restaurants, a McDonalds, and a supermarket. The iron and ironing board was also a nice touch.

Cons:

On closer inspection, parts of the room (bottom of doors, the wallpaper on walls and ceiling, the sofa) had small stains here and there. I also thought it would have been better if the fridge came with a complimentary bottle of water (it did not) and if the coffee supplies contained spoons/stir sticks (not supplied). The onsite shop was nice, but very expensive and I had to wait for staff to help me. A vending machine would be nicer in my opinion.

Decent property, good breakfast, staff was nice and responsive.

Cons:

The pull out bed mattress was HORRIBLE! I requested many blankets to line the springs so they weren’t sticking into my children.

Good location & fairly equipped, but watch out for the security deposit that takes an age to refund.
Pros:

Upon check in the reception clerk advised that the room had only one bed (I was sharing with my teenage son), however she changed the room without fuss or additional cost. The room was spacious and clean and suited our needs.

Cons:

We over paid for our stay, however it was during the World Cup so I expected to pay way over the odds (not a complaint per se). However three weeks after checking out I’m still awaiting my security deposit of $50 to be refunded despite chasing twice for this!
