Great stay if you wanna visit universities nearby
Pros:

The front desk staff were extremely friendly—they gladly accommodated my request for a high-floor room and were very helpful with storing my luggage later on. The room was quiet and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

Cons:

It would be better if the breakfast variety could be expanded with more options. Additionally, during my stay, both Uber drivers I booked had trouble finding the hotel. It might be helpful if the hotel could provide more precise location guidance for drivers.

Comfortable, convenient and a great location was all on point.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, room was clean. It was the reason I stayed there.

Cons:

The charge for parking is ridiculous and should be disclosed ahead of my stay. I didn’t find out about it till I got there and $50-100 per day for guests who already paid 2-300 a night. Not acceptable. The hotel you stay should not be charging for parking. I will find another place to stay next time.

1 of 2 elevators was out the entire time. With a fully booked hotel, that meant lines and waits to get up to higher floors.

Facilities good. Billing unsatisfactory.
Cons:

I was charged 280.74 for late checkout and extended stay. This did NOT happen. Person I talked to said her notes stated we requested late checkout and extended stay. NEVER HAPPENED! she is going to refund money. Very disappointed I needed to go through this.

How it’s 100 dollars for parking for 2 nights! give fair warning! Thats a lot of money especially when you’re paying a good buck for your stay. $400 dollars (including the parking) is a tremendous amount. I wouldve perferered to spend 300 and found a hotel that included parking. Ridiculous!!
