Would not recommend
Pros:

Due to the way it was listed on Priceline, I thought I was booking at the real Holiday Inn which I will take the blame for. The hotel was under construction so I first got a whiff of paint which stuck in my throat. I explained to the front desk that this was not the hotel we booked and wanted to get our money back so we could be with family at the real Holiday Inn but since we booked through a 3rd party that wasn’t going to happen. When we got to our room, the AC was on full blast at 65 during the coldest day of the year. I quickly turned the heat on and after 15 minutes the room started to warm. There is no room cleaning unless you request it and there was only 2 bath towels in the room. The worst part of the entire experience was there was no hot water the entire time we were there. It was icy cold and painful to take a shower. This was reported but nothing was done about it.

I would not stay there again.

Horrible
Pros:

The room was so tiny you could barely move. The bathroom door couldn’t close easily. My husband went to take a tiny bag of peanuts & the night manager said they were only for people who were members! It cost me almost $600 for three horrible days and a bag of peanuts was denied! I also worn them at the front desk that I was itching my legs were itching my arms were itching or something was wrong! I want my money back!

Very accommodating friendly staff and overall facility and amenities excellent!
Pros:

Very nice room with all the appliances.

Cons:

Could have used a freezer in the refrigerator to freeze some ice packs for the trip. The air conditioning was ice cold however the humidity in the room was a bit high and made everything feel damp.

Only good for location, but very bad for the stay.
Pros:

the location was good. It was easy to get around the hotel

Cons:

The property was very dirty. Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and had hairs all over the tub. Bed had stains all over it. Blanket smelled wrong and had bad stains as well. I had to purchase a separate blanket for myself from the store. The staff wasnt nice.

We were delighted with the entire staff!
Pros:

They could use a fire pit. And the pool could be cleaned around the edge. Every one of the staff from front desk to breakfast attendant and the room cleaners were gracious and pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

Maybe a fire pit on the porch.

Very comfortable place with very affordable price.
Pros:

Very attentive and polite crew at front desk. People responsible for the breakfast always polite and prompt when it comes to serving a good food.

Cons:

Any chance the jacuzzi could be reopened? Really missed it.
