The stay needs improvement
Pros:

Not much, except that the staff was nice. However, there is this one custodian who would open the door without waiting for us to open up for him.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected. The carpet was dirty and had a very weird smell. The smell was so bad that we had to switch rooms because I could not sleep and felt sick. The furniture was worn out and should be thrown out (Reference photos provided). I used to go to BW all the time, but this place needs to be renovated.

Smelled like incense everywhere, was so thick, I thought there was a fire. I asked the staff and they said it’s on purpose. The room door, it had been pried open obviously, and was not replaced. The bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom was unkept, old, dirty grout, bathtub didn’t have a drain stopper and some type of repair was sealed over.
