Comfortable, immaculate with great breakfast makes this great value!
Pros:

The property was immaculate, room was comfortable with 2 queen size beds, mattresses were very comfortable for a good sleep. There was coffee 24hours/ day in the lobby.. breakfast was plentiful and the staff was personable and efficient.

Very disappointed in the hot tub
Pros:

Hot tub was like warm The whole reason we stayed there was to relax in hot tub. 5 minutes had to get out. So cold

Great and Friendly Welcome
Pros:

I was here two years ago and they remembered me on the front desk (ok - I AM very tall). I got a lovely welcome and when they heard it was my birthday I came back to my room to find a card signed by the team and some complimentary snacks! Thank you! It goes without saying that the rooms are all clean and well maintained but the key thing is the family feel of the place - couldn't ask for more, I'll be back.

I found nothing lacking.
Pros:

All the staff were courteous and professional. The place was spotless. The woman running the breakfast room kept it perfect and went out of her way to make sure folks had a good experience.

Cons:

The bedside lighting was too bright. Way too bright. Other than that, the room was great. It would have been convenient to be able to leave the room cleaning staff a tip using a card. That's on me though. I usually have cash to leave a tip but didn't have any on me so could not do so. My bad.

Good Stay!
Pros:

Slept well, good pillows. Quiet rooms. Pool and hot tub well maintained. Spacious rooms with Keurig coffee maker, fridge, good tv and internet.
