The pool and hot tub and the breakfast. The temperature in the room was amazing.

This was a lovely experience and I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They were welcoming and kind. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The pillows were connected and I couldn't separate them and were too big.

Exceptionally Helpful Staff
Pros:

The service was exceptional! The staff, especially the manager, went out of their way to help me find my car keys lost while biking in Easton.. Their invaluable assistance went far beyond anything I had a right to expect. They helped resolve a situation that could have become a real nightmare. Kudos to IHG Easton!

Comfortable, immaculate with great breakfast makes this great value!
Pros:

The property was immaculate, room was comfortable with 2 queen size beds, mattresses were very comfortable for a good sleep. There was coffee 24hours/ day in the lobby.. breakfast was plentiful and the staff was personable and efficient.

Hot tub was like warm The whole reason we stayed there was to relax in hot tub. 5 minutes had to get out. So cold

Great and Friendly Welcome
Pros:

I was here two years ago and they remembered me on the front desk (ok - I AM very tall). I got a lovely welcome and when they heard it was my birthday I came back to my room to find a card signed by the team and some complimentary snacks! Thank you! It goes without saying that the rooms are all clean and well maintained but the key thing is the family feel of the place - couldn't ask for more, I'll be back.
