Pros:

The shuttle service and breakfast. The staff was very kind and helped anytime they could.

Cons:

They only had one big cart to pick up bags so if it was in use you had to wait and find it if guests didnt put it back.

If we ever get to Baltimore again, we would stay here. Will recommend it to friends.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, quiet and staff was great. They went out of their way to help drop off a car and get their shuttle back to the hotel. Checking in and out was pleasant and east. We did partake of the "mini market" in lieu of going out for dinner. Just enough for the end of a long day.

Cons:

We would have liked a bottle of wine to top off our vacation, but that was not available at this hotel. No big issue.

I booked 2 rooms and was told parking was free. As it has been in the past!! But when we got to the hotel we had to pay $10 a day for 2 cars so an extra $100!! And then a mouse was in our room!! Who slept?

The rooms were not very inviting. Very dull. The rooms are very outdated so it didn’t feel clean did not smell pleasant. I ended booking another hotel chain the next night
