Cons:

The advertised queen beds are actually only full sized beds. I feel like I got ripped off for my money. They had to switch me rooms because the bathroom wasn’t clean enough.

Pleasant staff and spacious room.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. We could tell that the hotel is a little old how ever the evidence of attempt to care for it was visible. I do wish that tile floor in the entry area of our room is cleaner. We like to stay on barefoot. I could feel the dirt under my feet. So I ended up mopping the floor with one of the hand tower to make myself comfortable. This might not be a problem to those who wear shoes all the time, so this is not a complain but additional information in case it is helpful. AND, maybe this is not typical in every room. We are planning on coming back here because I enjoy Hampton Inn's room layout very much.

Cons:

Title floor at the entry and bathroom can be cleaner for guests who like to walk on it with barefoot. This is not a complain since it won't matter for those guests who wear shoes. Thank you.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The overall propert was good and location was perfect for the event I had. Staff was superb especially the Front desk Manager who ensure me and my family were very comfortable during our stay.

Cons:

There were a few minor issues just as AC vents needed cleaning as they affected allergies.

Pros:

From check-in to check-out the staff was super friendly & courteous. The lady that checked us in was a great front line, 1st impression person. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels...absolutely no complaints. Breakfast had something for everyone & there was plenty of it. Again, the lady who was over-seeing the breakfast area was super pleasant. Great stay!
