Great staff and convenient location.

Cons:

TV in bedroom area had no signal. TV in sitting room had no volume and remote didn't work. Phone didn't work. Sink clogged. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Hot tub jets not working. Door was hard to open and close. This hotel has significant deferred maintenance issues.

Average, but the location with a chillies in the parking lot is the best!

We had no where else to go, so we made it work.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Good location for the event we were attending, though there is not a safe way to walk to downtown from this hotel. Breakfast was ready and decent.

Cons:

Our reservation on booking.com was described as a double bed room, for two people. We were given a single king bed. The hotel claimed it was booking.coms’s fault and Booking.com said it was their fault. No resolution. The event in town meant there were no other rooms anywhere. My friend and I had to share a bed.
We had to ask for a second set of towels, and the shower had evidence of not being fully cleaned.
We probably won’t stay here again.
