Decent
Pros:

Easy to find, friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room we had smelled like sewage. And when we walked into the bathroom there was a bug on the floor that I’m pretty sure was a bed bug.

Pros:

I like that I was close to my family member wasn't that far from their home

Cons:

I did not like that. I was here on Monday and I never received a full cleaning of my room. I had to sleep on dirty linen. The whole time I was here, and the excuse was that they don't change beds. Until 5 days, which I knew was a lie. And we also did not have hot water until Thursday. Remind you I've been here since Monday and I am leaving today. Which is Friday? And the staff were very rude. They were not hospitable at all.
