Good location
Pros:

They had breakfast but we did not take advantage of it . We tried a local place the first morning and left really early the next one . But it looked good

Cons:

I didn’t care for the elevator it was a little small, but the hotel was clean the staff was helpful and the location was good for walking around Frankenmuth

Pros:

Close to amenities.
Good location

Cons:

Customer service wasn’t much help with not wanting to stay the second night that we booked - They could have been a lot more accommodating with that -
Also , No water pressure & toilet was clogged or just didn’t want to flush . But filled up with water when we tried to flush it .
But truly didn’t give any help with any info to canceling the second night of stay and had a little Attitude when explaining.

Pros:

The location was great - we could walk everywhere.

Cons:

The lobby area smelled very musty. When we got to our room, there was not a full roll of toilet paper or any extra in the room. We ran out in the middle of the night on the 2nd night.

Pros:

The bed had my back a mess after the first night. The pillows were terrible. All 3 of us have different pillow preferences but we all agreed on that. None of us slept well. The carpet through the halls had a dirty path from foot traffic and stains from spills. The staff was friendly for the most part, but the crown jewel of that location was the older lady who managed the continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning. I wish i caught her name. She was an absolute delight and so hospitable. That woman is worth every penny and hour she gets there. I have stayed in many hotels, but that was the best breakfast experience I've ever received. Corporate better see her value and treat her well!!!

It’s OK not the best
Pros:

Conveniently located on Main Street for shopping

Cons:

There’s no convenient outlets on the nightstands for CPAP machines or phone chargers
Also, there are no outlets on the desk for computers or iPad etc.
TVs are very small
