Hotel was ok not what I expected thought it would have been better.

They put a $21 hold on my credit card for incidentals which should fall off but I paid for the room in full before arrival. The staff never said there would be a charge only that they needed a card in file for that incidentals. Why prepay if they are going to charge me?

Pros:

Large room, clean bedding, quiet location within the hotel, great breakfast, good price, good parking, fabulous staff

Cons:

Shower door leaked horribly causing us to use every towel we had in the room, window did not open far enough to get adequate fresh air, jacuzzi had large amounts of sand and didn't work most of the time we were there, small ants were located by the fridge and window, remote for TV didn't work most of the time, not enough options for channels to watch as we don't do streaming services.

I did not stay in this hotel I cancel my booking 😒 and my after pay account has still been charged , after pay say I wasn't approved, so I found another hotel , now im being charged by booking for a stay 🙃 I did not have

My family enjoyed our time at the pool, beds weren't as comfy but overall an ok.stay
Pros:

There was a pool and a hot hot tub

Cons:

They only cleaned our room once for our 3 night stay and we didn't have the sign on our door. The breakfast was the same every day, change it up! And towels were very rare to find in the pool area. Additionally, the fridge in our room never stayed cold so our food and drinks we brought back to our room went bad.

Overall it was good.
Pros:

check in was fast and easy, breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles and fruit.

Cons:

bed was uncomfortable and noises from slamming doors at night.
