The pool and staff were fantastic.

The beds were absolutely rock hard. I got the worst few nights sleep I've ever had

Decent place to stay for a couple nights.
Pros:

The room was clean and nice layout w fridge and microwave and sitting area.
The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The hallways were dim and smelled like smoke. There were obviously people smoking in the hotel. There was loud partying late like 1-2 am below our room.

Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter had a volleyball tournament and thought she left her water bottle there. They checked the room and were kind enough to call back and let us know they did not find it and asked if there was any other place they would like us to check. It was very thoughtful of them and appreciative.

Cons:

There were a lot of kids running up and down the hallway late at night knocking on peoples doors.

Well-priced, amazing comfy rooms but questionable staff
Pros:

I love the location being close to all the shopping. Carol at the front desk was an ANGEL who got me in early being I was feeling sick

Cons:

The door to the bathroom in my room (201) wouldn’t close without getting stuck and jammed. One lady at reception was INCREDIBLY snarky with me and Carol stepped in and helped me out in getting my room. Another girl with an Indian accent, though kind, told me I couldn’t use a passport to get into my room (which Carol told my hubby, that I absolutely could)

The hair dryer in my room was broke, floor was dirty and I think the price was a little high but other than that it was ok
