What was there not to like. This room was AMAZING! Very clean and a LARGE room for the price! Everything worked well and beyond expectations!

Its quiet, staff was nice, can badge in from the door closest to our room, shopping is close by.

24 hr coffee; nice breakfast selections; staff were quick to bring us extra towels (stayed 3 nights) and an extra pillow; comfortable beds; microwave & refrigerator worked as they should; great location for shopping & only a 15 minute drive to Bunker Beach water park.

The breakfast was good, they had a vending machine, pool was good. We got fresh towels often (we were there for a week). Staff was nice overall.

I booked a adjoining room because i was traveling with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter. when I booked the rooms I requested an early check in and and said I was willing to pay extra for this. I needed the early check in because we were coming up for a 2 day family party and I needed to get there early to help with set up while my granddaughter took her nap. They asked how early I needed the check in and I said we would arrive at about noon. they said that would not be a problem and it would not cost any extra, but that I should call the night before to confirm and remind them. I called the night before we left and I was told it was noted in the computer and would not be a problem. When we arrived at noon and went to check in we were told that the rooms were not ready because the people who had them the night before had asked that morning for a late checkout and it was given to them. The person working the front desk was very rude and said that there were not early check ins and that normal check in was at 3pm. He did confirm that he did see the note on the reservation and said that the rooms would be ready in an hour. So seeing we had any hour we got back in the truck and went shopping for a few things we needed for the weekend. When we got back at 1pm the person we talked to at the front desk was gone for the day and the guy who was there had just arrived when we first got there at noon. He said that the rooms were still not ready and it would be another 45 minutes. At this time my 2 year old granddaughter was past due for her nap and was as crabby as I was about the rooms not being ready. at 1:45 he gave us our keys and said the houskeeper would come out and let us know when the rooms were ready. My daughter told me to go ahead and get to the party and help get things set up and she would wait for the rooms to be ready. She called me at 2;45 pm to tell me that they had just got in the rooms. WOW a whole 15 minutes early check in... When I arrived back from setting up for the party there was a big puddle of water in the lobby between the coffee station and the vending machines. I did not see it at first and slipped in it and fell to the floor and got all wet. Another guest came over to help me up and told me he had told the front desk about the puddle 45 minute earlier. it took me falling before it got cleaned up. On Saturday morning when we went down for breakfast at 8:30 am almost everything was empty. There were no eggs, bacon, milk, or bread. I said something to the front desk and was told it will be refilled soon. there were many guest waiting at this point. we waited for 35 minutes and then just went out for breakfast. Sunday morning for breakfast we did not even bother to stop and look because we were so disappointed with our stay.

Great over all. It was very quiet. We had ants in our room when we checked in. Only real problem.

Good Location, the Atmospher was great, the room was clean, and comfortable, the noise level was low, it was clean. It had great amenities, and the service was good.

Even though I was in Coon Rapids for a family funeral, the hotel was well run and comfortable.

Awful, loud guests, even louder kids. No regard for peaceful relaxation. Will not be back.
