We’ve been staying at this location, multiple times, for 4 years. It seems to have gone downhill recently.
Pros:

Location. Front desk personnel overnight was prompt at addressing loud and unruly guests that were keeping us awake.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was lacking, not very clean, not well-stocked, no biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. (No other breakfast options were available) When it was replenished, it wasn’t enough. The coffee area was meager and very dirty; congealed creamer all over the counter and dripped down the cabinets. You didn’t want to stand close to the furniture.

We had a great one night stay my deposit came soon after check out and the staff and all was amazing pool was great too.

The stay was fine but the amenities were very bad, pool room was gross.
Pros:

The room was ok, we had no issues with the room itself. This was quite pleasing.

Cons:

The pool room was horrible. There were ants crawling through the cracks. The walls and ceiling are covered in what appears to be black mold. The sauna was closed. Breakfast was... what breakfast?

Pros:

We went there for my birthday last month and had a great staycation

Newly remodeled rooms which gave us the impression that the hotel cared about the rooms and how updated They were compared to others.

Friendly staff and great breakfast in the morning.

Wonderful stay!!
Pros:

This please is great! Our flight got in early and a quick phone call to the hotel and we were able to check in early. The first room we had the heat didn’t work. They put us in another room quickly. The breakfast was great, the hot rib was wonderful, and honestly I couldn’t find anything bad to say about the place!! Would love to stay here again.

What is the purpose of pre-check in if I am asked for all the same info? Only item not asked for was AAA card for discount. The door to room has a huge gap toward bottom of door, can see people walking by. More attention needed for cleanliness of room. Pictures added, lots of debris behind bathroom door and between closet & dresser. Good thing I'm bald and didn't need hair care items, they didn't exist. Breakfast was just OK, very minimalistic.

Great place to stay. Everything from check in to check out was perfect.
Pros:

Such a great stay! The front desk guy was super friendly and made everything easy for us. The room was spotless, and the whole experience—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend as a place to stay.
