I definitely think staff could have done better.

I liked that the hotel was in a good location

Cons:

Sunday, easter morning. The breakfast area had no waffle mix. My daughter and I stood at the desk for 10 mins and rang the bell several times but nobody in sight. We ended up having to load the family up and get kwik trip breakfast. This was at 830am and breakfast ends at the hotel at 10am. We checked again closer to 10, still no staff present and no waffle mix ect. Also, no lactose free options.

Beautiful homey northshore vibe . Great staff .
Pros:

Beautful decor , great staff , good breakfast - but elders should get to stay on first floor and only stairs with heavy suitcase . Kind young man carried mine up for me .

2nd time to stay here. I would recommend it.
Pros:

I added another night and asked to be in the same room. Management said they would try to accommodate me, and did!

It was good overall. The mattress needs to be replaced or flipped.
Pros:

The milk in a large container was awkward. 2 --- 1/2 gallons would be easier.
