Comfortable beds. Food ok. Staff nice.
Terrible bathroom, so small, tiny shower hardly could turn around. Elevator did not work properly.
Pool was fun. Hotel clean and lots of things walkable.
Pool could have more shade maybe
Everything was amazing. However, parking access is difficult in a larger vehicle. It would be nice if uncovered parking was reserved for trucks and SUV's. Inside the garage has lower heights and tight parking spaces.
Good was the cleaning service and amount of towels
Bad is are the lights - to dark and every light must be turned on and off separately
The room was cold and difficult heat
It was either to cold or to warm and the temperature controller was difficult to use- no manual or instructions or it was defect
The blanket was too cold for that temperature- no separate blankets available
Positiv the nice lady at the breakfast- negativ we waited much to long for our breakfast even it was empty at 6:30 AM
I asked to change my invoice Adress and I wrote it down and explained to the receptionist but he hasn’t change it even after confirming. When I saw it, it was too late and I got informed it can’t be corrected
I will add this feedback also in booking and google
If there would be a better opportunity close I would not go there again
Room service is easy to order and speedy.
Small bathroom
Nice and clean room that was the right size for what I needed it for. And loved the pool, which is what I was there for. 10/10 recommend and loved being in walking distance for places to eat
Pros: Very nice staff, good gym on top floor with a great view, many good restaurants nearby; Cons: low-flow toilet was absurdly ineffective, not much light in the room or bathroom, front desk staff mentioned the pool as an amenity but the pool was closed for the season, coffee maker in the room was impossible to figure out and then I was charged $5.50 for a black coffee in the lobby, a staff person walked into our room unannounced one morning; overall, too many small annoyances to really enjoy this hotel.
The room was noisy at night. I had requested a refrigerator, and the request was approved, but it was never delivered. The room felt stark, and the service was mediocre.
The hotel seemed very unfull when I arrived, yet I was given a room with its one window facing the pool, in direct line of sight of people using the pool. And the room evidently backed up on the pool’s restrooms, as I could hear the squeaking doors in those bathrooms like they were right next to me. And one of the elevators seemed to go in and out of service. Also, the rooms are under-lit, based on the lighting in my room.
Mattress seemed very old, room was tiny, shower was smaller than a small closet.
The room was clean and service was excellent.
The hotel is beautiful but they forget to clean your room, the breakfast is terribly slow and not good. Reception is always nice. Rooms are great
For the daily room for two I expected wet towels removed That did not happen over a three day period
Also coffee was available on the weekend in the lobby but not on weekdays. Disappointing
Great location. Very nice staff
Comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Cozy room atmosphere to relax at end of a busy day. AC worked great, quiet, kept it at 69 to sleep comfortably. Great window shades to control amount if daylight come in and can make room completely dark at night. Fantastic fitness center and pool. Highly recommend staying for a couple of nights in St. Louis area. The food in the lobby restaurant was very good and fairly priced.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The pool area and staff were great. I do wish they would keep the outdoor area open later, to just sit and relax outdoors, but the whole area closes at 8pm. The only other thing that was a little bit of a bummer was the lighting in the room; it was super dark! Not a huge deal, just made doing hair and make up a little harder.
