The staff was superior to many of the hotels I've staid in over the years.
Pros:

I love how clean and how big the rooms feel. This was not the first time we stayed here always enjoy the stay

Cons:

the hot breakfast was cold. Young kids were running up and down the hallways without parents.

Pros:

This is my third stay at the Club Plaza Hampton. The staff is always professional and friendly! The location is within easy walking distance of stores and restaurants! There is usually a group staying in the hotel and it is always been a positive experience. Ken, Juanita and Cameron are always smiling and helping someone. House keepers were busy making sure my room was spotless and the breakfast team is always make sure the coffee was hot, the food was hot or cold and the tables were clean! Love the parking too!

Cons:

Leaving is the only sad part of my trip!

Pros:

I liked how close it was to the plaza

Cons:

It said it sleeps 4 but were had 2 kids with us and the sofa bed barely fit both of them. It would not have comfortably fit two adults.
