Pros:

This is my third stay at the Club Plaza Hampton. The staff is always professional and friendly! The location is within easy walking distance of stores and restaurants! There is usually a group staying in the hotel and it is always been a positive experience. Ken, Juanita and Cameron are always smiling and helping someone. House keepers were busy making sure my room was spotless and the breakfast team is always make sure the coffee was hot, the food was hot or cold and the tables were clean! Love the parking too!

Cons:

Leaving is the only sad part of my trip!

Pros:

I liked how close it was to the plaza

Cons:

It said it sleeps 4 but were had 2 kids with us and the sofa bed barely fit both of them. It would not have comfortably fit two adults.

Overall, it was a good day and we will definitely be back in the future
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was delicious. There was so much to choose from. The staff was very friendly at greeting you. And the general cleanliness was good!

Cons:

The parking itself wasn’t too bad, it wasn’t a long walk to the front desk. However, consider considering how expensive it is to stay there parking should be included not something you have to pay extra for each day.

Large hotel in handy location
Pros:

It is close to numerous places to eat. There’s a large underground parking garage. The hotel is newish and well-maintained. There’s coffee/tea in lobby, and a decent breakfast. Staff very nice.

Cons:

The bed didn’t seem very new. Mattress not flat or supportive, bedsheets kept popping off. Weird duvet situation.
