Rooms smelled bad a/c didn't work and the refrigerator. Curtains were broke. Sheets had stains on them

Guy at the desk was nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room was covered in black mold and the toilet had not been cleaned at all. Sheets looked new out of the package but the blankets/bed cover were not clean. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable

Very nice clean and quiet

Cons:

Only some people just sitting around outside and pulling in and out of guest rooms probably that didn’t reside there! Made you feel a little spooky!

It was very close to Ocean Springs

Cons:

The noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep.
The AC just stopped and the tv also didn’t work
The breakfast was only cereal and coffee and juice
