Nasty, stunk and not pleasant
Pros:

The property needs updated an a good cleaning, there was mold all in the bathroom, the mirrors were streaked and looked filthy, it stunk so bad like weed and cigarette smoke I had to wash everything I had in the room, stains on the sheets, my daughter walked barefoot in the room and her feet was black
