Hotel built for residence style stays with a full kitchen in a great location, but needs a bit of updating and watch out
Pros:

The location was great. Staff was great. The rooms were overall pretty good. Beds were great. It was really easy for my family and I to stay in different rooms and coordinate.

Cons:

The room cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. We had an issue with one of our rooms which did end up getting resolved just a few minor updates and tweaks here and there honestly.

Pros:

We had a great experience with Brianna at the front counter she was amazing and is truly the definition of fantastic customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service for the last couple days we were there. It was very inconvenient. My husband is having trouble with his ankle, and it was extremely painful for him to navigate the stairs. Especially when we were checking out and had to carry our luggage down three flights of stairs.

Cons:

The elevator was out of order. I traveled with my disabled wife that is on oxygen. I had to carry 8 oxygen tanks and a concentrator up 2 flights of steps. My toilet overflowed. I was that they would put in a request for the following day. I asked for a plunger because we couldn't be in a room all night without a working toilet. I was provided with towels to clean up the toilet water in the bathroom.

Really nice setting. Pool area with adjacent fire pit and grill area are nicely done amenities.

Cons:

Carpeting was damp with in one of the bedrooms of my suite on arrival and didn’t dry til I was ready to checkout. Perhaps it had been shampooed or deodorized?

Given the price, very good value.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Upgraded room was quite nice. Convenient to stores (car needed). Close to parks and concert venue.

It was a good stay. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.
Pros:

The location was good and the breakfast was better than I had expected. I stayed in a suite. The floor plan was very well thought out making my stay a comfortable one. The kitchenette had everything we needed.

Cons:

The exercise room was a little small. Would have been nice to have a bicycle machine. The air conditioner was a little loud but not enough to keep me awake.
