Wish the bathroom had step-in shower
Extremely clean. Unique amenities. Great atmosphere. Staff is wonderful. Area is comfy .
I fell out of the shower/tub, onto the floor. Tubs are extremely slippery. You MUST use shower mat. Also, shower head is detachable hose line. When I turned on shower, shower head swivels in any direction due to water pressure. Everywhere except on my body. Had to wrestle with it to keep it in place. Cable TV selection was boring. Despite this, I enjoyed the stay.

75$ for a pet fee is extremely high and really don’t appreciate the hotel’s requirements! That should be listed on booking dot com. I would have not chosen that hotel!

Pet friendly. Tried to change hotels - no way to contact directly by phone. Very irritating.frustrating. Very dissatisfied and disappointing. Fairly empty the first night - dog next door barking was a problem.

I come for medical purposes and the last time I had surgery. I love the walking shower, but a shower chair would be nice . Also wheelchairs would really be nice
