Pros:

I was nervous about my stay as it was only my son and I traveling. It was safe and the staff made you feel at home. My son enjoyed the breakfast and I enjoyed the coffee. They also made accommodation for us when our schedule was changed last minute.

Quiet, clean, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Location was only 12 minutes from the music venue without all the crowds and hassle.

Convenient to my daughter's house.

The elevator wasn't working. My husband is 85 and I'm 76, not up to the steps to the second floor.

I’d probably stay there again when coming to Raleigh.
Pros:

I liked that the pool area was nice. I appreciated clean and safe places to smoke outside were provided.

Cons:

There was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom. I told staff about it before leaving.

A good place to stay while visiting our grandkids
Pros:

Pretty good breakfast with a waffle maker, cereals, eggs, juices, yogurts, etc.

Cons:

Just a little inconvient that there is some remodeling going on, but nice to see that there are keeping the hotel upgraced.
