A good place for a quick visit.
Pros:

The location to the venue was great. Close to places to eat out and away from the busy roads. The area was well kept, rooms were clean, and it was a comfortable stay for the weekend. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The AC was loud and the bed was a little springy.

It worked for what I needed it for.
Pros:

The property in general was nice and clean

Cons:

I didn’t like the bathroom. It was not in the conditions it should’ve been in the bedroom. But the room was clean and the bed was ok. This place is good when you need somewhere just to shower and sleep.

Smelled like smoke throughout and was very noisy.

Cons:

It was dirty, springy beds and every room smelled like smoke throughout. Plus it was very noisy. We didn’t feel safe at all.

A lot of room for improvement
Pros:

The staff was nice and easy to work with, and it seems like they have been trying to upgrade the interiors. AC worked fine, the place wasn't loud at night, so rooms well-soundproofed.

Cons:

Despite upgrades, it seems like they are using the cheapest materials possible. The toilet didn't flush (we had to use a bucket of water to get it to flush), the water faucet wouldn't stay on (you had to hold it on with one hand to use making hand washing impossible), the beds were super uncomfortable, the freezer door on the fridge wouldn't stay closed, the lighting was unbearable (we had to cover the lower lights because they were super bright LEDs right at eye level — it was blinding and headache inducing, like we would still see spots after turning away from the lights), and breakfast was just carbs and sugar — even the coffee in the lobby was undrinkable. I would not stay again — it was not worth the money.

It was well worth the value and the people were helpful and kind. Thank you.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was open 24/7. I enjoyed also that I could talk to a human being at a late time due to scheduling changes. I liked the option for free breakfast as well.

Cons:

The overall look of the hotel on the outside was great but inside the building itself is suffering from its age and could use some renovations to clean it up a little bit.

Floor in my room was not clean.
Pros:

Very little choices. No meat to go with the waffle. Milk was not very cold for the cereal
