Pros:

The room was great. Hot water worked. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The night shift employee was rude. I didn't get in until after midnight, and the front door was locked. I called the front desk, and the employee came out of the office and answered the phone timely. Great. Then I said that I was standing outside the door but couldn't get in to check in. The employee then stated, "I have it locked," (obvious), "for a reason." I didn't ask for the attitude or the commentary. I just wanted to check in and go to sleep.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, and the listing did not mention that the front doors would be locked after a certain time. None of the messages I received from this establishment stated that the doors would be locked after a certain time. The website does not mention that the doors would be locked after a certain time. So I'm not sure why this employee would behave as if I would obviously know why the doors were locked upon my arrival.

I know it was late, but she didn't need to be rude.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good; eggs, bacon or sausage, instant oatmeal, various breads and juices. The coffee machine is amazing. The best decaf coffee I ever had outside of my own home. The coffee beans are ground at the time you request a cup. The staff was friendly, respectful, and helpful to everyone I saw them interact with. Kudos to Deidra Gallashaw, Guest Service Manager, who had the side entrance cleaned as soon as I brought the need to her attention. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure.

Cons:

For a 2-star hotel, this was great. I didn't realize it was 2-stars when I booked it, so at first, I was disappointed but once I realized that, it was better than a 2-star imo Not quite a 3-star but way better than you average 2-star. The halls were dark and my room was dark (facing north) but otherwise, not much to complain about.

Amazing four day & 3 night at a great hotel! 5 stars!!!
Pros:

Check in with Deidra was Amazing! Breakfast was Awesome! So much to choose from plus it was all Delicious! Room was very clean & large ! Location was Fantastic it was around alot of shopping & restaurants! What more could you ask for!
