Cleanliness
7.6
Generally praised as clean and well-maintained by many guests (impeccable/very clean), but lowered by reported housekeeping lapses (missed trash, hair left in bathroom) and an isolated but significant report of roaches.
Service
9.2
Consistently praised—multiple mentions of friendly, helpful and accommodating staff (night clerk Jorge, Melissa, housekeeping). A single complaint about an unhelpful manager on a WiFi issue was isolated.
Location
8.4
Often cited as a good and convenient location; a few guests noted noise from traffic or nearby guests/parties that affected sleep for some.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and neat by many guests; a few negatives include missed housekeeping, an initial wrong room assignment (resolved by staff) and one roach report.
Amenities
7.4
Basic amenities available (gym, breakfast area), but several guests mentioned a very small pool, limited dining space and unreliable/in-room WiFi as drawbacks.
Value for Money
9
Frequently described as good value and affordable; many guests noted the price-to-comfort ratio positively and would return.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Mixed feedback on breakfast: several guests called it very good or excellent, while others found it poor or lacking hot-selection variety.
Overall Experience
7.6
Overall generally positive with repeat stays and recommendations, but tempered by occasional issues with cleanliness, WiFi and noise that affected some stays.

Great hotel and location, overall a very pleasant stay!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked the hotel, the location, and the room. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and overall we had a very good experience.

Cons:

The only issue was the room cleaning. On the second day of our stay, the trash in the room and bathroom was not taken out. We also noticed that hair on the bathroom floor after showering was not cleaned for two days. Other than that, everything was great.
