Cons:

It was loud with an echo through out the hallway so you could hear literally everything. You could hear people talking by your window at 8am and doors opening and shutting woke me up at 7am. The cleaning crew were talking really loud really early and people staying there let their kids run through the hall and open and shut doors. Check out is at 11am and I couldn't sleep.

Not bad but need bigger beds for adults

The beds were extremely small we expected two queen beds and they were on the smaller size of full.

Never stay here, front desk dissent know what they are doing, just a drug ridden hotel!
Pros:

Outside of the building ands parking lot were clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

Front desk lady gave 2 people keys to our room and at 4:30am in the morning on our first night they tried entering our room and my wife had locked the latch, but the kept slamming the door trying to get it open demanding that this was there room and for us to get out. So I had to physically kick the door back closed and yell hey back this is our room we’ve paid for it and been here since the previous day. I called the Front desk lady and she said she had no record of us being in the room, even though we’re made reservations a month in advance through Booking.com and checked in to 2 rooms one for ourselves and one for our older children of which our son is 21 and daughter is almost 14, for a regional volleyball tournament in Charlotte. Also there were people smoking reffer “weed” outside our room all night and it infiltrated into our bedroom and we had to wash all the clothes we had out in the room!! Never staying here again and told the front desk lady to cancel our reservation and the second night stay for two rooms, and she replied she couldn’t wet had to call Booking.com, for which they told us to tell the front desk! So we just ended up leaving, losing our money and stayed up the street at a very nice Holiday Inn Monroe, NC! Terrible experience all around!

Overall great clean
Pros:

Location, rooms, value and atmosphere where exceptional we where 2 older ladies traveling returning at night very late. Parking lot was well lit.
