Good value, no Internet in the room

Cons:

Internet works only in the lobby, too slow and unstable in the room, only for text messages.
I extended my stay and changed the room type. They asked for $30 for immediate transfer to the room.

We have stayed here many times and it is always great,
Pros:

I cannot find the name of the night clerk it is something like Jorge but he was WONDERFUL. I had asked at the time of making our reservation to have a handicap room, but that was not what we were given. I told this young man and he immediately accommodated us and could not have been more pleasant.

My Experience at Quality Inn & Suites .
Pros:

Exceptional service , Staff were courteous and respectful. The room was really nice & neat .I will be going back . Housekeeping really deserves a raise for what they do each & everyday , which is not an easy job .

Cons:

Loud noises from traffic & people coming in late at night . But , that is what one expects from a hotel that is in route to major highway. Which is not in anyway the hotel's fault. I would still reserve a room at Quality Inn & Suites....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Five Stars .

They had access to the pool closed and they take $50 deposits that they don’t return! This place is a scam!!!
