Pros:

coffee cups and the night customer support rep.

Cons:

the Room needs to be checked for mold..it had the symptoms and smell of mold..i was definitely concerned for my family and myself breathing the air.. we stuck it out but anither customer may not be as forgiving. may be in the Room or the ac unit.

Cons:

My room was not ready when I arrived at 3. So I left went to run an errand came back at 4:15 it still was not ready, then they found me a room and I had to change rooms. The bed linen did not have a pleasant smell at all and the wifi was not good. For the amount of money they charge its unexceptable.

It was clean, good area, and staff was above and beyond helpful and kind! Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

John at the front desk. He was so attentive and kind making sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Also night shift lady that was there Saturday, Alice I think, was very friendly and helpful getting things ready for the next days stay.

We had to reactivate our room keys every day that we were there. It is a shame you do not have a service elevator for house cleaning
