The facility was clean and had a great breakfast. It was quiet and in a decent spot so we felt safe. The staff on hand were very nice and helpful also.
Wish the beds had been way more comfy, they were super hard.

Y lo que encontré fue sofocama que no es lo que pretendía encontrar luego de un viaje de 5 horas estaba muy incómodo no pude descansar fue pésimo el descanso.
Cuando lo principal de un servicio esta mal ya el resto de los servicios no importan.
Y lo principal aca es que necesitaba descansar con mis hijas luego de un largo viaje.

I have had the best experience at this hotel I wasn't able to pay for my room yesterday on the 3rd still let me stay in my room and let me pay the next day and then Choice also actually gifted me the points to pay for my room for the following day this location has has helped me more than they even know they have exceeded their expectations and all aspects

Piece of the ceiling in the room, over the couch fell down.
Staff was very freindly, and room was was clean. Very good location, not far from where I had to be for a family member. A small piece of the ceiling fell from above the couch. I notified the front desk.
The first assigned room was dirty with a strong pungent odor. The second room was not clean, the tub- couldn’t shower cuz we didn’t have shower shoes, the carpet n floor was tacky, the carpet outside the room had random drops of dark stains, I asked for some cleaning wipes and the attendant didn’t have any nor any service maid on duty to clean. Just wasn’t comfortable after a long drive. We slept in our clothes and left promptly. No one was available at the desk when we checked out. I paid over $134 for a motel 8 equivalent room to include the other guests I saw coming and going. Will never stay there again or recommend.

Unfortunately, room 106 had a very strong and unpleasant urine-like odor. It was not a faint smell; it seemed as though the room or carpet had been heavily affected.
The odor was so overwhelming that I slept wearing a mask. It also left me feeling very uncomfortable and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.
The staff member we spoke with acknowledged that there was a noticeable odor and offered to move us to another room. We appreciated the offer, but the room next to our children was unavailable, so we chose not to relocate farther away from them.
The staff were polite and reasonably helpful, but the condition of the room significantly affected our stay.
