Pros:

Breakfast was good and the young lady who was running the breakfast was very nice. The lady that check us in was helpful when I called but getting there she was blah. The lady that checked us out was very sweet.

Cons:

I agree with some reviews regarding certain rooms needing a few touch ups. The lamps in our room looked like it was smooshed/bent and they were attached to the bed frame. The wall beside the bed had a yellow stain and the wall near the sink looked like it had strips of water going down. The floor need to be deep clean , my socks was a little dirty.

Roaches
Pros:

They got roaches. 3 inch one staring at me on the wall. Would not recommend due to the fact Roaches spread so easily.

My experience
Pros:

The atmosphere was good. The cleaniness was fair. The food was boring, they had the same thing the 2days that i was there, the food was hot but no personality to the food. The cook, was kinda rude that worked on Tuesday. The receptionist were nice

Good experience
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. They provided everything I needed. The location was great. It was only a few minutes from the hospital where I was visiting a relative. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, could have used more fruit. The location and building were secure.

wonderful stay
Pros:

we came here from LA to see our friends we had so much fun everything was walking distance to hotel and check in was nice and smooth room was so big and bed was so nice and comfortable i will come back again
