The manager is always fantastic
Pros:

The manager is absolutely phenomenal he always remembers me and my husband who is a chef.

Cons:

The hallway was dirty, elevator was broken, there was something wrong with our mattress it seemed really old and that is not usually our experience the beds are normally very comfortable the ceiling outside of our room there was a huge hole and ceiling pieces all over the hallway

the staff was very rude I was late checking out and they called Pineville police for no reason. was treated like a criminal. My room also had bugs in it. There were ati k bugs all over the room I complained to staff but nothing was down. I am a business owner who travels frequently and have never had this issue ever! F-

wonderfully satisfying to know i paid budget minded rate for exceptional comfort, secure feeling

Check in gal was lovely, efficient and gave my my key within two minutes. It was a very long day, 11pm at night and I was thankful she was so good at her job. Love the citrus personal soaps etc. Nice touch. Bed was super comfortable, pillows were awesome. I fell asleep so fast, I didn't turn off my phone that was playing a YouTube 'short' as I had closed my eyes to listen to a few, I thought, and found when I woke, the same short was playing still. That's a record, barely a minute and I fell asleep. Slept so soundly, best sleep I've had in years. Loved the space outside window being 'natural, all trees, no other buildings or people able to see in'. Also, I missed it coming in at dark, but when I left, i saw a lovely park across the street. Area was great too! Off the main corridors way more than most hotels, so it was quiet, peaceful, yet minutes from all you need and access to main corridors. Bonus points on that! Missed breakfast, had made the decaf coffee in my room, bleh! Def get better coffee pods, and offset cost by putting just 2 pods in the room vs 4 for the 1 night stay. Nice big fridge. Price was perfect, $76 plus tax. I'll def book you again if I succeed with the job and move to the area. And or refer you as the place to stay in pineville that doesn't break the bank, yet gives so much more. Thank you to the staff for the cleaning and friendliness.
