The location was good. Prime location in the cut and a bike / walking trail across the street
Reserved my room three weeks in advance. Got there around five thirty and my room wasn't available. I was then placed in another room which had to be switched out immediately. Due to a broken bathroom cabinet door, a strong sewer odor coming from beneath the bathroom sink, no wash clothes, unable to charge my phones,toilet paper holder was broken, no coffee ,a cracked toilet seat and urine stains around the toilet that smelled. Staff really gives two __'s about you. The young lady Tasha was very helpful, but the elderly Latina lady in the evening and the Latina woman on weekend mornings has to do better. At the end of my stay. I asked for a printed receipt, so that there's no misunderstanding or miss ups about my stay and she told me that they don't print out receipt. WHAT? I just thanked her and walked off. Best Western will NEVER get my money again.

lamp outlket not working, dusty furnitures
The staff was super friendly and very nice.
It worked for a short weekend but needs some upgrading. The carpet in the rooms look old and dirty. We had 2 separate rooms and each had a different smell....neither of which were good.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a nice benefit. The building was nice.
The property really needs updating. Some things didn’t work as they should. Our room needed a very good deep clean. Tub was dirty. Toilet seat was broken. The curtains were thin and see through.

it was for one night. However, it's an older hotel that hasn't been brought up to today's standards for the rates that are being charged!
Old accommodation, should have been more to 2026 standards.
