I was very disappointed with the stay. We booked the hotel based on the fact that the pictures showed their was a gym with weights and a treadmill. There iste no weights and none of the equipment worked. Also the water stopped mid shower. When I called the front desk the lady told me she isn’t a plumber. Not the type of service I would have expected

We did like the beds. They were comfortable
the location was great and it was close proximity to many restaurants, plus the mall is right there too.
the day we went there wasn’t any running hot water, and we found a roach in the hallway. but aside from that, the stay was overall pretty good

Found dead cockroach on bathroom floor . It was dead but still creepy.

Place was very dirty, the breakfast was tirrible and undercooked. The breakfast staff was very unfriendly. The room had mold, the lock was broken to the room, the ac was not working.
That there was a breakfast option.
That they had carpet in the rooms and bugs.

The location was good. Prime location in the cut and a bike / walking trail across the street
Reserved my room three weeks in advance. Got there around five thirty and my room wasn't available. I was then placed in another room which had to be switched out immediately. Due to a broken bathroom cabinet door, a strong sewer odor coming from beneath the bathroom sink, no wash clothes, unable to charge my phones,toilet paper holder was broken, no coffee ,a cracked toilet seat and urine stains around the toilet that smelled. Staff really gives two __'s about you. The young lady Tasha was very helpful, but the elderly Latina lady in the evening and the Latina woman on weekend mornings has to do better. At the end of my stay. I asked for a printed receipt, so that there's no misunderstanding or miss ups about my stay and she told me that they don't print out receipt. WHAT? I just thanked her and walked off. Best Western will NEVER get my money again.
