SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Tarboro

It was OK definitely not as described after getting the property. It was a little on the outdated side. I actually seen a book in the bathroom. There was a lot of hair that did not belong to me or anyone staying at the hotel in the bathroom not the cleaners it was decent I would give it a 4 out of 10.

The room was clean and nice

Staff were nice. The quality of the room was fair.

The staff were very accommodating. We booked the meeting room for a repast. We also needed a room with a shower that was wheel chair accessible. It was a peaceful and friendly experience. We even used the pool.

Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. When entering the room, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The ceiling had water stains and was peeling. The hot and cold faucet in the shower were opposite of how they were labeled. I only stayed because I checked in late and I was very tired.

Staff and management were very helpful and professional. Room was clean, as was the lobby. We appreciated that the hotel was quiet. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Hotel was clean but dated. Wi-Fi was extremely week. Felt the price was expensive for hotel experience.

It was ok. Hotel is run down. Lamp shade needs to be thrown out. Bathroom needs to be updated.

My day was completely horrible smell like cat piss when I walked in the room AC leaked all night. I used all my towels to drop the water spiders in every corner brown water. When I turned on the faucet for the tub everything was just a failure.

The property is outdated. There were stains on our walls, inside the tub. The floor looked liked it needed to be vacuumed. Overall just didn’t look the cleanest

Fire alarm missing, bed sheets had cigarette burns, card in room stated breakfast would be served on Saturday until 10, I get to breakfast and they had another 8x10 post that it ended at 9. Towel were very thin , small and hard. Head board on bed was nasty, floors was nasty behind doors. Hallway and elevator was extremely hot. Ice bucket did not have a top and to top it off the water was cold, refrigerator was missing temperature knob and it was rusty on the inside, sprinkle rusty.

Cleanliness needed alit in the room. But in the lobby and breakfast area much better.

This property is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The popcorn ceiling in the room was falling down, the refrigerator was filthy, the curtains were so old they were falling apart. The bed was co.fortable and clean but this hotel needs to be updated immediately.
