I HATE LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW BUT IF IT HELPS FIX THE ISSUES THEN IT WILL HELP OVERALL.

THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SO FRIENDLY. SO CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS AN A+

THE MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM WAS VERY DIRTY (ESP. THE TOILET SEAT) AND THE TRASHCAN WAS FULL. IT SET THE TONE BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO MY ROOM. ONCE IN MY ROOM, THE UPOLSTERED CHAIR WAS VERY DIRTY WITH STAINS AND DUST. THERE WERE PUBIC HAIRS ON MY SHEETS, SO I LEFT AND DROVE TO WALMART TO GET SHEETS AND A COMFORTER. I LAID THE NEW SHEETS OVER THE OTHERS AND PEELED BACK THE COMFORTER THAT I KNEW THEY LAID ON THE CHAIR WHILE THEY PUT SHEETS ON (I SAW IT HAPPEN IN A ROOM WHERE THE DOOR WAS OPEN WHILE CLEANING IT). THE BATHROOM FLOOR IN THE CORNER BY THE TUB HAD CAKED ON DIRT BUILT UP. I HAVE PHOTOS BUT THEY ARE ON MY PHONE.

Breakfast could be improved. The first morning there was no bread for toast. You couldn't fix hot cereal as there was no water available and the bowl would have been too small to cook in the microwave as was needed, The second morning they had the same potatoes and meat in the same skillet. You could tell it was leftover. The room was clean, but we did have to ask for another washrag. This was a room with two beds so you know they should put out more than one washrag.

We were told one washrag was standard practice for a room.
