The carpet had some dark stains. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. There was no hot water.

Breakfast could be improved. The first morning there was no bread for toast. You couldn't fix hot cereal as there was no water available and the bowl would have been too small to cook in the microwave as was needed, The second morning they had the same potatoes and meat in the same skillet. You could tell it was leftover. The room was clean, but we did have to ask for another washrag. This was a room with two beds so you know they should put out more than one washrag.

We were told one washrag was standard practice for a room.

We were very pleased. We chose a local hotel and were not disappointed.
Pros:

Staff and owners were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Cons:

A dog waste station would be very helpful. Also, a little earlier on the breakfast would be helpful for people going to work or traveling.
