Great value, near Allegiant Stadium and a short walk from the strip
Pros:

The room was amazingly comfortable and the shower was what I've come to expect from the USA hotels - not quite the pressure I'm used to in Australia! The breakfast was good, the staff were the stand-out, they were always there, helpful and happy. They provide a reasonably priced laundry room. All areas were exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Even with a big event on in town and the hotel being full, it didn't feel like you were rushed or crowded. Great stay just off the strip!

Cons:

Not knowing I could have used the parking app instead of paying for parking at the hotel (in saying that, sometimes the extra couple of dollars is worth it to not have to worry or use the app!)

Breakfast service and more!
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful, along with all the staff we interacted with during our stay. One employee especially, Islam, stuck out while doing his job in the breakfast area. He was extremely friendly and very attentive to our needs while we were having our breakfast. He had such an upbeat and friendly disposition. We enjoyed our time speaking with him, a "5" Star employee!
