Overall Best hotel I’ve stayed at.
Pros:

Nice size room, clean, location, BBQ and pizza place in parking lot. Staff always great. This was our 4 th yr staying on vacation at this location. We will be back next year.

Would Stay Again
Pros:

The room and bathroom was spotless. While on the smaller side, despite getting the family suite, the accommodations are well appointed and comfortable. The pool area has a hot tub, warm kiddie pool and heated main pool and accommodates all age groups. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. We were given vouchers for the happy hour in the lounge downstairs. We would stay again.

Cons:

The rooms were smaller than I expected given the price of the room and reserving a family suite. We expected more from the happy hour. The customer service representative claimed there was a soup bar, salad bar and cheese offerings in the downstairs bar and we received vouchers for drinks. We appreciated the free drinks but were disappointed to find only a small amount of chili, two cheese options, some broccoli/cauliflower and lettuce. The happy hour was dissapointing.

The room wasn't as clean as I've seen in other Holiday Inn Express hotels, primarily bathroom and microwave. Everything else was good to go.

Too expensive for the issues.
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable.

Cons:

The bathtub had chips, the bathroom ceiling along the edge had a broken trim or cracked along the edge, you can hear the next door neighbor’s television. Next door neighbor’s shower woke me up at 5 AM you can hear hallway traffic. The price was way too much for all these issues!! The breakfast supply ran out out of fruit, yogurt and sweet rolls within 2 hours. The bedroom coffee is not stocked with creamer/sugars/ stir sticks etc.
