So dingy. Would not return.
Pros:

I would not recommend staying here. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Look at my photos for what this place really looks like. Our room was very dingy and smelled like it used to be a smoking room. Everything was gross looking or sticky. The sheets were old and thin. Everything in the bathroom was yellowed. But the worst thing was you walk in and the first thing you see on the shelf is a gross yellow stained pillow with no case on it. The only redeeming quality about this place was its breakfast was well apportioned.

Hampton Inn- Carmela Simons provided exemplary customer service.
Pros:

My wife and I were on a trip to the funeral of my cousin. When we arrived, I realized that we were too far from the Wallkill Funeral Home. My thanks go to management and staff of the Hampton Inn in Middletown New York with special thanks to Carmela Simons for her help in explaining that I confused Wallkill Township with Wallkill Hamlet. I will always remember Ms. Simons for her sincere compassion by helping me make a reservation closer to my destination.

Wouldn’t use this property again. The amount paid for a two nights stay was regrettable.

Room was not clean, streaks on tv and couch was stained to the point I wouldn’t sit on it. No soap in the shower, a message was sent to the property to replace it however it never was replaced

Cons:

Any earlier check in than 12pm you’re charged for the previous day, which seems a little excessive. The hotel needs to be a little more flexible with families, sometimes plans change and accommodating these changes is always appreciated

Clean hotel needs upgrades
Pros:

Great staff and the cleanliness was great. Also breakfast had great options.

Cons:

I know this isn’t something the workers or even the manger can fix but the property needs and upgrade. You can tell that the property is older compared to the other hotels surrounding it. You can only do maintenance so often to a property before it just needs a remodel.
