Cons:

החדר לא היה נקי. האמבטיה היתה מלאה בשערות. גם לאחר שביקשנו ניקוי חוזר לא היה מספיק נקי ורק בפעם השלישית ניקו היטב.

Pros:

The staff was exceptional, including the kitchen staff. The concierge staff was lovely!

Cons:

I would have loved to have a lobby to lounge in a bit. Need more handicap parking as it was not available to us most of the time, yet Hilton Honor members had spaces available. Drop the parking fee.

Easy checkin easy checkout and the place was meeting all expectations of vacation stay near Niagara
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, they keep refilling eggs and omelette and scramble eggs.the location was very convenient and a good 10 minute walk to the US side of Niagara falls.
The staff was very helpful. The place was quiet and very clean. Alot of restaurants around within walking distance

Great one night stay
Pros:

We had to get a room last minute so it was nice there was availability at a decent price. Check in was easy and parking was on site. Breakfast also had a decent selection.

Cons:

Bathroom had a couple not so clean spots around the tub. It was nice that they had coffee and tea available but the free snacks would run out quickly.
