This property is not open. It is being redone and still allows you to make reservations and charges you. I am still trying to get my money back. DO NOT BOOK
The hotel was closed on Feb 28, but Hotels.com took my reservation and payment and refuses to refund it. The hotel was still closed two weeks later with the same sign posted saying closed indefinitely. But Hotels.com was still taking reservations. Scam.
Doors were locked note said no hot water. Had to go to another motel
I had bed bugs in this room and the wait staff was absent when I checked in. The bite marks still itch! 🐛
We had 2 rooms. Clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Great front desk service. Good variety for breakfast; tasty and fresh. Friendly housekeeping, staff. Convenient location, right off the interstate with lots of local places to dine.

The room had multiple areas where the wall paper was heavily neglected and peeling off. There was toilet paper in the toilet and long dark hair in the sink upon my arrival. The in room hot tub/ whirlpool also did not work at all. I kindly and politely asked for a modest refund due to the hot tub. I was told a Manager would refund it when they returned. I called back multiple times after my departure asking for a Manager. I was told there wasn't one because they no longer worked there. The clerk with very holey jeans mentioned that she had no way to reach the owner. Then on another call I made she said there was a Manager and that they would refund an agreed upon amount. The Manager never called me, and the refunded amount is not anywhere close to what was agreed upon. This is the first bad review of a hotel ive given in all my travels.
When we went for breakfast there was none made. No one around including desk clerk. Other guests were angry as well. Horrible!
The carpet is very dirty in the room. The service waa bad. The breakfast was not good. The milk was spoiled. No napkins. The person working at front was not friendly. Took her a long time to help us— she she was not busy helping any customers
Everything in the room, furniture, sheets, rug, and toilet was either old and/or defective or both, plus some dirty. Terrible experience. Never again will use this franchise.
First I paid for a king suite and upon arrival was told they only had a double bed suite. Even though I booked this hotel almost 2 weeks in advance. Then we get to ohr room to find nail clippings on the floorand our jacuzzi didn't work. I called the front desk and was told they had no other room with a jacuzzi available. I said what is gonna be done and the guy said I dont know my maintenance man is off. I complained until they gave me a full refund. Then in the morning breakfast was less than par. Was suppose to start at 530 am and the staff said well we dont start it until 7....food wasnt great as well. I wont be staying here and the only good thong that happened was I booked though thos app and the customer service agent was very helpful and got me a full refund.
There was no curtains in my room. I only stayed one night and they were supposed to refund me for my other night. I still have not gotten that refund
Hairs on bedding, dust everywhere, curtains hanging down, towel rack in bathroom broken. Attendant had to open door every time we wanted to enter the room.

There is no indoor pool or hot tub in this facility. It has been down for two years, but the website has beautiful pictures of their indoor pool and Jacuzzi tub. The hallway smelled very badly and the rooms were filthy.
When we got to our room it smelled like smoke, so we went back to checkin and got a new room. When we got to our new room we found food in the refrigerator and threw it out. Then we discovered it was a handicap room. There was used shampoo and rinse contaIners in the tub.
Had a confirmation for Travelocity for the stay, but when we got to the hotel it was completely booked. As far as I can tell I have not been refunded for the payment on the room. The clerk helped us to secure a room at a Best Western near by. Can you please help?
I had a great stay at this Comfort Inn recently for one night. I had room 205, a king with jetted tub, and previously stayed here about 6 years ago. The hotel is the same, although the pool is closed and the area appears to be in disrepair.
Check in staff was very friendly and efficient, I arrived around 10:30pm, and she had my key card ready to go, and I was quickly on the way to the room. I was exhausted after an 8 hour day at Kings Island and a 2.5 hour drive to this hotel after, so that was appreciated! At check out there was no staff at the desk so I just left my card in the drop box.
The room itself was spacious, I like the corner desk, and the lighting, but the candle light was broken, and the room is a bit dated. Previous management used to leave a couple of soda cans and waters in the fridge but that has seemingly ended.
It was odd that all the soaps/shampoos were mismatched, with only one being the Raio brand product Comfort Inns usually have. There was only one tiny soap bar offered despite room having a jetted tub.
The water pressure was great, jetted tub worked excellently and was clean, and I loved relaxing in it at night and again in morning! The shower was a bit confusing to operate though.
Breakfast was okay, didn't care for the eggs or sausage, but there were waffles, and some pastry items.
The hotel was a great value and I would recommend to others and would definitely staying again if passing through Cambridge!
