Great place to stay with your pet at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and convenient, my dog being able to stay was great, we were on the first floor so it was easy to go out and in.

Cons:

We were pretty happy with everything.

I’ve stayed at nicer hotels. This was average.
Pros:

Good location to venue

Cons:

Needs remodel updates. Pool looked dirty. Elevator was out of order. No extra toiletries in bathroom when we arrived. But overall stay was fine.

This place is very outdated, 1 elevator was broke , the other one made noises as if it was about to break, several other things were broke , water fountain in pool looked all rusted and disgusting, pool itself was green disgusting looking very dirty, bathroom shower had pubic hairs , mirror was also disfruta and I found a bed bug in my bed , I left as soon as I found the bed bug and no one was available to go check just the receptionist as she said she was the only person around and didn’t have time to go check

10/10 Cannot wait to stay again
Pros:

This place was so nice, I was even able to check in early, the gentleman at the front desk was so polite and fun, room was extremely clean smells wonderful, bed was so comfortable shower was wonderful, breakfast was 10/10, was a loud with slamming doors from a baseball team staying but luckily the adults made them stay in their rooms after 10 pm, never heard anything the rest of the evening, was one of the best sleeps I’ve ever gotten. Cannot wait to stay again.

Good Stay and Location
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times. The last time was earlier this year. I 'm not sure how I rated it, a 4 or 5 for sure. Everything was very good again. Staff was great, especially Ashley. Food is close by.
It was a little tricky to get to mostly due to the traffic at Eastgate. Eastgate is a good location. The parking lot could use some TLC and repainted.
The luggage carts are those newer triangle shaped ones that I hate as they do not hold very much. These did have solid bottom which some do not. Bring back the old style 4 wheelers. I'll be staying again this August.

Pros:

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was lovely.

Cons:

Everything else. The one working elevator had walls that were chipped. The other one didn't work at all. Neither did the waffle maker at breakfast, as well as the ice machine on the first and second floors. Because the waffle maker was broken, breakfast was cold western omelets, chicken sausage which was also cold or semi stale bread for toast. There was oatmeal and yogurt, which I don't eat. There wasn't any fruit, or muffins, or anything else but white bread. Whole place was run down. Would not recommend.

It was an okay stay but probably will look elsewhere if I would go back în that area
Pros:

I liked the location, very central, easy access to freeway and plenty of restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated, the sink and shower were clean but the floor was not clean, there were crumbs of food in the room and bathroom. The breakfast was also not versatile. Very basic compared to other hotels.
