I had reserved a room via Booking.com. the evening staff could not find the information on my reservation. The morning staff did find it in the computer.
checked in and checked out…. facilities were dirty. Smelled like rotting food.
Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Decent price for long term stay
Extra door latch was broken, door was hard to open and shut. Facility is very dated. But they are remodeling
Wifi was unreliable. Telephone tech support was excellent, the support from the hotel close to non existent although one staff member, Dawn, did try to help but the problem lay with their sub-standard system.
Extreme foul language heard from staff members at reception. Attitudes differed markedly between employees, some of whom gossip about guests.
Housekeeping only attends each room once per week, floor and surfaces filthy. Between services you are expected to attend reception to collect supplies such as loo paper, clean towels or bed linen then make up the bed yourself.
The entire property smells unpleasant.
A shuttle service is advertised but does not exist, no airport transfer is available.
The advertised breakfast included in the room rate does not exist, either. There is no room service and no kitchen on the premises. There is a store cupboard near reception, most items past the use by date. There are no grocery stores in walking distance.
The pool is empty and out of use. Most washing machines and dryers are broken. There is no working CCTV and no evidence of security. A guest's vehicle was stolen out of the car park.
Sub-standard room included broken lights, leaking lavatory, leaking kitchen faucet from which water bubbled up under the floorboards - it took a few days to be replaced. Bathroom extractor fan broken and "none available".
Only one of the two elevators was working and that was shared with contractors who were attending to renovations.

We had a room that the television didn’t work. Called service desk and she was up within 10 min to give us a new room. There was a carpet smell at first but once we sprayed the room and turned on the AC it went away

Our stay had a few disappointments. The room lacked sufficient towels, and unfortunately, it had a noticeable mildew odor that didn’t seem to be present elsewhere in the hotel. While renovations were underway—which is understandable—it did impact the overall experience. The bathroom had no counter space, making it difficult to organize toiletries. Additionally, there was no ice machine available in the hotel, and the in-room freezer’s ice maker wasn’t functioning either
The room was okay. When I went to close the curtains, there was a used needle stuck in the curtains.
They ran out of towels. They're renovating an entire floor and they ran out of towels. Worse the staff didn't seem to care at all. The TV didn't work. The hotel was covered in drywall dust due to the renovations.
Professional staff very friendly
Very clean and easy to get to. When we checked out the young lady was very pleasant. She thanked us for choosing their establishment and wished us safe travels.
Room was not ready until well after 3 pm. Person on duty complained about being short staffed. Also. No pens, tv guide or light bulbs in lamps.
check-in was smooth. went into room and had no toilet paper and the bathroom trash had not been dumped. found out later they only clean the rooms on Wednesday. due to it being a weekly rental option. stayed Saturday and Sunday night. floor in entry/kitchen area was also sticky. hot water took forever to get to the 5th floor I guess. lukewarm at best.
The kitchen floor in the kitchen area was dirty. The Hot/Cold of the fawcett would not hold hot or cold for very long. Had to constantly adjust.
