Great value - good location
Pros:

I loved that it was only 10 mins from where I needed to be and easy access to interstate .

Cons:

The bed was my only dislike - I won’t up with aches

It was the most terrible experience.
Pros:

We were charged and unable to stay because the property did not receive my reservation. The attendant made me aware this happens often.

Cons:

My reservation was reserved on booking.com my card was charged my reservation did not exist. It caused my 2 year old daughter and myself to be stuck in a snow storm on highway 70

Much room for improvement
Pros:

Checking in went quickly other than the surprise fees for incidentals.

Cons:

The bathroom shower floor wasn't clean. The staff was loud in the hallways. Where the coffee maker was placed left no room to actually use it. Very cramped

Cons:

Our door lock did not work (room 203), and you could push the door open.
1st floor Ice machine was constantly beeping since Tuesday, and our room was over it on the 2nd floor. You could hear it beeping throughout the night, & the problem was never addressed when we spoke to the front desk.

I would find somewhere else to stay if it wasn't the only place to stay in that town.
Cons:

I'm not one to complain, but the bed was like sleeping on a board, the bathroom door handle was broke off, and had to wait at the front desk for several minutes before staff showed up to check us in.
