Pros:

My second stay there and it was much better the room was very quite and was able to get some rest and thank you for that.
When we went for breakfast there was very little and no coffee.

Cons:

No complaints other than our coffee pot didn't work in our room

Room was clean & staff was friendly but disappointed that the pool was dirty

The pool was dirty. Kids look forward to swimming but we didnt get in cause there was dirt in thd pool

We found bed bugs on 2nd day. Room 211. Informed the front desk and the only option was to leave early. Very rude manager about your issue, almost like it was our fault. She kept saying we’ve never had this issue before and would only offer to let us leave early. Was not good enough because now we had to find another place and get clothing washed and figure out what to do when I was here to see my new grandson. They will not compensate you at all and is very rude. Think twice about staying here.
