i was forced to cancel my reservations early.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
I was disappointed with the hotels breakfast. On Saturday morning, there was no regular coffee, only decaf. The juice machince was broken, so there was no juice. There was no hot food - only bread, cereal and some fruit.
The staff was friendly and tried to make the best of the place.
...what breakfast? It was more than minimalistic. And the coffee was cold.
Pool was looking nice but permanentely closed. The fan in the room/bathroom wasn't working, so taking a shower made you feel the bathroom was a tropic jungle afterwards.
It seems the owner is just waiting until the entire building collapses to then build a nice new hotel.
The price
Rooms were very ran down, one housekeeper so our room wasn’t ready by 4 so I threw a fit and we had gotten a handicapped room that reeked of smoke, blanket had burn holes in it, the room had a dripping sink constantly, had filthy furniture, wall paper was coming off the wall, weed & a condom wrapper in the drawers & the plug by the mirror was loose and gave me a zap. I booked online and paid for it and they needed a $50 deposit that’s “refundable” had to purchase drinks at breakfast. There is also glass everywhere in the parking lot.

Room was dirty, has not been swept. Garbage under bathroom sink.
It was very pretty outside
My room had roaches, room was dirty, old cup were under the bed, walls in the bathroom paint peeling off, ceiling was never repainted when work was completed.
The beds was nice staff friendly
The pool was out of service the chair in the room was broke the tub did not have a stopped to fill the sink would not drain no coffee cups for room had 4 people and said you only get 3 sets of towels

It’s a little dated furniture wise.. small TV with limited channels for a $150+ stay

Bad customer service from staff and when I showed them the hair and poop spots on the toilet and crumbs on the bed they didn’t change my room or refund me and I asked about it right when I walked in, felt uncomfortable sleeping there
