The staff was very friendly & accommodating.
The room was very small. There wasn't enough space for clothing. We had a room with a King Bed, and it wasn't enough space for two ppl. We stayed 5 nights I was literally living out of my suit cases. Then the price I booked for grossly increased because of taxes and fees. Overall, the hotel itself was fair. The sofa had quite a few stains, the smalltrash cans didn't have any bags. I dumped my trash into the big trash can by the elevator, because the small room cans filled rather quickly. Food and Water was grossly overpriced. I went to the grocery store to get those items.
Lovely stay. A bit expensive, but that is due to the event we were there for.
Everything was spot on...
Room was perfectly comfortable and very quiet. The staff was always super helpful, very friendly cleaning staff, front desk and especially the valet.
switched hotels after the first one was a disaster and thought a marriot would be better lol. they need to hire more people because the guy at the front desk was trying to help ten people at once and wasn't having a good time. he was charming and helpfu with everyone and with me he recognized my fallout shirt, but clearly exhausted and the phone went off every other word he said lol. the other desk was empty the whole night and he was just running around. same with the one kid at the valet who was getting overrun by trucks and sedans, I asked why there wasn't someone else and he just shrugged so I parked on the street to not bother him.
bartender was fine and food was great they had a lobster mac and a cheese but she kept leaving to sit in the dark with her phone in the other side of the restaurant which wasn't open for some reason. the lady in the morning marina I think was super cool and knew the city better than anyone I've met and told me bunch of place to visit after I checked out. the overnight guy was nice when I locked my keys in my room and even then gave me a bottle of water. the staff here are great and these outside were quiet.
Close to the Moda center, clean and safe
The surrounding area was sketchy and having to pay for parking.
Location worked great for my purpose
Nothing
Clean room, close to Moda Center and well maintained building
Room and bed was fine
The parking situation was very poor. Had to park several blocks away and carry luggage back to hotel.
Super nice
Pretty good Courtyard Marriott. Walking distance to the convention center. The restaurant in the hotel was nice, good food. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room itself was a bit dim and dingy so was the bathroom. The waitstaff in the restaurant didn't really seem to care I was there when I had asked for a table, which is fine, I think they were bored since it was a slow day and I can sympathize with that. It was a decent stay overall.
Bartender was super nice
Extra fee for parking
I was in town on business and stayed at this location. The lobby is clean and nice looking, and they have a bar and restaurant. Both are on the expensive side, but you expect that at a hotel. My room was neat and clean and the furniture was in good shape. Could have used more lights, but that seems to be the trend these days, where hotel rooms use dimmer lights and not so many. Hard to read with dim lights, but it was ok. Room service is every other day, which again is something newer to the hotel market. The days of everyday room cleaning seems to be a thing of the past. Mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. Strange. I asked at the desk and they brought up a small one for my room. All in all, I would come back to this hotel if in the area again. Valet parking for $43.00 a night or park on the street.
The hotel was fine although I think the prices for what you get are high. The rooms need better lighting, they felt dark. The walls are think and don't prevent noise. Also, the bath vent fan is really loud! Housekeeping is every other day, for $330 night that isn't much of a bargain. I wouldn't go back. Overall the hotel needs an overhaul/renovation.
Sauberkeit und tolles Personal
I was able to check in early, when I just needed to hold my luggage before the initial check in time. The staff who helped us were very nice and efficient with their work. But the convenience to the Oregon Convention and Wendy's, made our stay perfect.
The pull out sofabed is horrible. They are so runned down to the springs. But since we only stayed 2 nights, we tolerated it. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut, it keeps sliding open because of the caulk on the edge. The bathroom door also doesn't lock properly so privacy could be compromised.
