The staff was nice

Location, ease of check-in/out, good breakfast, great AC in room
Keys didn’t work morning after check in. Gave us a new key that didn’t work. The lady from front desk had to come to our room with a master key. Not a big deal, just an inconvenience.

It was outside of Columbus
The staff was rude when we needed assistance about double booking our room was dirty and cobwebs were noted above the beds.
Didn't stay, rude women at the desk, told us all reservations were cancelled. As we were leaving, she admitted all rooms needed cleaned and we could come back later. We cancelled, still no refund
Breakfast was fantastic. Beds were sooooo comfy!
Bathroom door got stuck Everytime it was closed, so it was very loud. Not a huge deal but its something that needs fixed.
