Pros:

It was right off of i40 so we could get the heck away from that horrible place quickly.

Cons:

I had no water in my room. The sink, shower, nothing except the toilet had running water. It was 101 degrees and I couldn't even shower. The hotel staff did not care and offered no refund.

Terrible experience. Honestly Booking,com should verify some places before allowing it to be listed

They had a photo of small pool when I booked. If had not been there in years. The place had doors with no knobs, locks, missing outlet covers and we saw bugs upon checking out. The property was dirty and unkept. dirty windows, walls.

Das Zimmer war renoviert. Man sah es aber seine Lebenszeit an.

Cons:

Das Hotel an sich ist in einen sehr schlechten Zustand. Im Pool wächst Gras. Rundherum sieht es unaufgeräumt und unsauber aus. Auch die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Really a great value for the money.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! They brought us extra pillows, towels and even a fridge! The room was surprisingly nice, A/C already on which felt great after the hot day of travel. There were clean comfortable beds, a warm shower and laminate flooring and furnishings that seemed retro and hip like a little Rt 66 vibe. There was one tiny, little baby cockroach on the sink but I think he was lost! Owner and her kids recommended a great breakfast place nearby. Really friendly and nice.

Cons:

Washer/Dryer seemed broken, at least there was water leaking from the washing machine. I didn't try the ice machine but we had a fridge, so that was really nice for keeping our cooler food cold! And the roach kinda freaked my wife out but we didn't see any more so we settled down and slept ok after a bit.

Pros:

It seemed like one young lady ran the entire place. She was nice and willing to help when you could find her.

Cons:

The Whitten Inn is dilapidated Motel 6. The is no sign for the place. First room the toilet didnt work. Second room the TV didnt work. There was no frig, microwave or coffee pot.

Great price for overnight stay.
Pros:

Staff was great. It was clean. No complaints. For an older motel, it was fine for an overnight stay with lots of parking for a large U-Haul truck and truck pulling a 5th wheel.

“Sparce” was the best word to describe these accommodations.
Pros:

This hotel was in transition from a Motel 6 to the Whitten Inn. Price was good, and it was okay for one night, but we would not have stayed a second night.

This hotel was in transition from a Motel 6 to the Whitten Inn. I did not know that when I made the reservation. No carpet n or rugs; no facial tissues in the dispenser; and the single handle sink faucet came off the first time we turned on the water.
