Best Western Locust Grove Inn & Suites

We had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were all super friendly and so nice, the hotel was very inviting and clean, the room was very clean and put together very well. The breakfast is absolutely amazing!! They had so many breakfast choices and a coffee bar that was kept well stocked all day and night with fresh coffee. They only charge a $25 fee for pets and it’s per stay not per pet. Honestly best stay I’ve had in a long time at a hotel. We will for sure be back again!!

Very friendly staff places, nice and clean with free complementary breakfast close to freeway and restaurants very quiet and relaxing. Must stay whenever in town five star how you recommend this stay to anyone coming to the area

The manager of the property extremely nice I had a couple of problems. He volunteered to take me in his car to take care of my needs exceptional customer care.

Suite room was very big and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay, convenient location for us.

I checked into this Best Western expecting a clean and sanitary experience, but what I found was a scene straight out of a horror movie. The toilet was unflushed and contained a nasty surprise, the couch had suspicious stains that I pray were just from spilled milk, and the bed was covered in hair. The whole place smelled like an old folks home. I checked out immediately. Do not stay here unless you want to star in your own personal 'gross-out' film.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were in the area for a music festival. The only real downside was the horribly inadequate water pressure in the shower. The price was very reasonable for a five day stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Outdated. Not clean towels,sheets, and pillows. Just have a large TV that’s it. Beds not comfortable

Pros: breakfast was good, staff was friendly. No loud obnoxious junkies and tweakers.

Cons: appeared to have had water damage in room. The ceiling had stains on it appearing to be from a leak. The cuck chair next to the bed was ripped and stained. Biggest con of all was the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have slept on. I had a hard time falling asleep because of it and woke up with my back in a lot of pain. It felt like sleeping on a trampoline.

We come to this property for the 4th of july. We always feel welcomed. Huge 4th of july party at pool side. A lot of fun! Our boys always want to come back. See ya next yr for visit #4.:)

It was a fantastic stay especially for the price. We travel a lot both in the US and out. We have stayed in much more expensive and “fancier” places but none beat the overall experience here. Service, comfort, cleanliness all were exceptional. We stayed 4 nights and every night was quiet and never heart any noises outside our room. The lady at the front desk (wish I had gotten her name) we an absolute jewel- super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was actually really good too.
