Homeless people hanging out by the front door for my entire stay, not a good impression
They were there all day and overnight surrounded by trash bags filled with their belongings. If I was the manager I’d ask them to hang outside in the back, not at the front entrance.

There was no breakfast the pool was under construction the ice machine didn’t work and there was hardly any hot water. I asked to be accommodated for this but Expedia wouldn’t allow for that. I feel as much as I paid I should have gotten more for my money. I’d like some type of compensation for this stay

The king size bed was comfortable! NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, UNABLE TO CONNECT TO MY NETFLIX DUE TO HOTEL PROVIDER. THE SECURITY DOOR LEFT OPEN BY A ROCK. THE STAFF FRIENDLY but constantly apologizing for the amenities no available in any of the Wyndham's I stay at.

Pool is empty. No hair dryer. Generally run down and understaffed. Poor security. Oddly propped open rooms. No obvious front desk stafff at 11:30 pm My room was clean and it was quiet so I gave it two stars.

They gave my wife and kids keys to a room that a couple where in and that could have been really bad. It was late at night.

Looks nicer online, hotels seems like it’s under construction or something smells funky and not very clean.

Loved the bed, nice room, staff was friendly and accessible

The second bed had a stain on the comforter and the sheets were stained. I asked the front desk in the morning to have the cleaning lady replace the sheets as I was staying a second night. Also there was someone else’s dirty sock in the room. Instead the bed was just remade, not changed. The place was quiet, but the door was not very safe. Lots of wiggle room when it was closed. The tub faucet dripped the entire time, which I tried to shut off but to no avail. Overall the place could use a remodel.

Advertised breakfast and they didn’t have it, apparently they haven’t for a couple years. They should take it off the hotel description.

The ice machine is always broken and there’s no hairdryer in the rooms

No breakfast or gym despite advertising it had them. Door keys stopped working. Not enough towels in bathroom. Cost was more than accommodations.

The hotel had no gym no sir no breakfast. The pool was empty. Loaded the area around the hotel was overgrown with brush. It was just not a very pleasant stay. I’ve never wanted to leave the hotel and go back home more than I did this weekend the 27th through the 30th.

Checked in with 6 yr old granddaughter expecting a pool. Nope, pool empty.
Got in room, TV didn’t work. Reported it, and nothing from the hotel not even an apology.
Went to get ice, out of order. Asked where the other ice machine was. Just 1 ice machine for the entire hotel. Seriously!!
Was going to let granddaughter play in bathtub. Nope, just a big hole for the drain. No drain plug. Shower only.
Asked for another room and i was told there were no other rooms.
Still no apology, absolutely nothing!
No offer to refund my money, comp the room. The only thing i got was a poor attitude that i was bothering her.
It was a late check-in 9pm. Too late to worry about a pool. SO VERY UPSET WITH THIS HOTEL AND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Oh and the price, $116.00.

Do not book this hotel, it is the absolute worst!

Manager should be fired. Owner should be ashamed, this is no way to run a business!

Rooms were clean and nice. The overall condition of the property is needing maintenance.

Very clean, too many pillows of same type. Front counter not properly manned.

Pool drained and not working. No ice machine. No water to purchase. Bathtub cracked and faucets leaked in both tub and sink. Carpet was dirty. No overhead light. Air conditioner barely worked. Nothing disclosed on website not on Expedia or Days site.

There was no breakfast which I thought was advertised when I booked & the ice machine didn’t work.

It was very quiet, clean and I was comfortable traveling as a single woman. I slept very well.
